This chipotle is always busy! A lot of traffic but overall food quality is great.Expect to wait in decently long time line ups, would definitely recommend ordering ahead through the mobile app to cut some of the line.As a frequent customer, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

This place has gone consistently downhill over the past year or two. Used to be one of the better locations around but food quality has taken a nose dive, and so has portion size. This is an online order, and since you can’t see the food being made they consistently cut down portions significantly. Not to mention half the requested ingredients are missing. Stay away.

Used to love this location. Always was on point. As of the last year it's been declining heavily. Slow service at time, over spicy food (on non-spicy items like the chicken) and worst of all their take out. Ordered online for pick up, because of this you can't see them make the food so you need to trust in them to give you your moneys worth. This order was Extra Rice, Chicken and Lettuce. Simple and easy. You would think because I'm getting so little they would add a decent amount for my $14 dollar total. This is what I received. Common guys, I expected better. This is the first negative review I've ever written about any food place. I don't do this stuff but after so many mess ups, It's time to become a mini Karen.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
Always loved Chipotle during my time in Texas. I love that their ingredients are fresh. I love getting the Garlic Steak rice bowl and tortillas on the side. It tastes the same and amazing every-time. Price is certainly worth the taste, quality and quantity you get. Just hate the fact that they are like an hour away from my house. Hopefully they open one in K-W soon.

It is very inconsistent. You can go in every day of the week and order the exact same thing but it's a different person putting it together for you so it's never the same as the day before. Sometimes a little rice sometimes a lot of rice sometimes a little meet sometimes a lot of meat and so on. Sometimes they have to force the lid down and other times The food doesn't even come close to the top.

The steak tasted like it was microwaved and not seasoned.Dirty tablesMy husband had the worst burrito of his lifeSubpar compared to the Markham location.I could barely understand the woman asking what toppings I wantedThe only good thing there was the chips/ qesoIt's an expensive take out meal for something that ran right through me.It's a busy location, so these people will never care about quality or customer service

1. Pathetic customer service. It took forever to prepare one chicken bowl. The staff didn't even bother to complete my order and started taking other people's order instead. I was left confused as to who is taking care of my order.2. The place is not clean and the staff is very unprofessional.I am a huge Chipotle fan but this particular experience at this particular location just put me off.

I have had better chicken burrito bowls else where.It is a Mexican restaurant but so bland and not spicy at all. I added the extra sauce but nothing happenedQuick and fast service though.
