Self Serve Car Wash

The car wash good. Very nice service. The owner was helpful and humble.

I’m in the area and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I will be travelling the extra to go elsewhere. There’s no soap, no wax, just cold water!! And the number that you call for issues isn’t visible so there’s no service here! I feel like I wasted my money using this car wash. This is the second time, I thought I would give it another chance but it’s the same story.

Very nice and quite peaceful yo do a car wash.

Good foamy soap... booth hardware (brush and wand) appeared to be newer and not all chewed up which was nice. I hardly use these places but wanted to spray off the under carriage after all the salt/brine from the last storm

Great car wash, great quality, and excellent service. Real value for the money. I washed my car there and got surprised the AAA grade soap and washer pressure. Thank you Self Serve Car Wash!

Two bays weren’t working. The spot free rinse on mine was empty. Should have used my tokens first so they’ll have one more opportunity.

Edit: My review is 100% accurate. I am not sure what you’re referring to as in “instructions”. You don’t need a PHD to use a self serve wash. You put the money in and turn the dial for the different options to wash your vehicle.No soap, no wax come out of the hose. When I select the soap option, no soap comes out.When I select the wax option, no wax comes out.Do you understand what I am telling you?You are charging $$ for cold water and no soap. This isn’t how you run a business and I’m not even sure how you can even run a business when you’re not in London to check your machines. It’s called maintenance.I’ve reported you to the BBB as I want a refund.Original review: I do not recommend this car wash. You’ll be washing your car with cold water, no soap or wax comes out.

Awful place. Take my money and then no soap comes out. Not the first time at this location either. I will drive out if my way from now on to go to a WORKING car wash. Also management/owners are completely disrespectful. Don't believe me? Just even read their replies to customers on the review page and see how rude they are. DISGUSTING. Also I'm the type to not bother posting reviews whether positive or negative, I just carry on but with this place I HAD to leave a review.

STAY AWAY from this place. Would give 0 star to this garbage place. Went for a wash and put proper coins for foam wash first. It worked properly and then when i tried to do the rinse after putting another $4 something, it didn’t work at all. Called on the number given outside and talked to owner or don’t know who it was. But it was definitely a stupid person. He was watching everything at home from his camera and said its not working as your time is up, i told him i put enough money but he kept insisting that its my fault. Even though everything is in recording. Told me i will get back to you. Never happened. I took my car to other place(with bloody foam on it), as I did not want to use another spot and give this ppl business.Go to some other wash and don’t go to this place, its dirty and if it doesn’t work you loose your hard earned money and spoil your day. Not getting refund or at least a courtesy call to apologize.AVOID AT ANY COST
