Please note - as of July 22nd this location still requires a mask to enter. They do not provide masks. We were just handed a card with little interest about what we were interested in booking.If we wanted to e-mail or call, we would have done that.We will book our company trip for 10 with another agent who would appreciate our business or at least have the resources available to facilitate face-to-face communication.

We saw a deal on a European tour on Travel Best Bets and tried to get more information regarding available dates through email. It just wasn’t working so we dropped into their Langley office. Yumi took our information and within 24 hours we had the trip booked with upgrades for less than the original price. Needless to say we will be consulting Yumi about any trips in the future. She was personable, prompt in response to our communication and continued to connect with us regarding updates and timelines.

Offers nothing more than the average travel agent, I found the staff uninformed really just handed me my ticket and from there your on your own , I've found better deals online through Booking.com or Expedia.

We booked a trip to Waikiki in November 2018 with Kelsey O. We had such a fantastic time - everything went so smoothly from booking to flights to hotel transfers and our stay at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort was lovely. We will definitely book with Kelsey again!!

Marina at Travel Best Bets has been awesome. We booked thru Marina and then to many Covid related concerns we postponed our cruise until a later date. Marina goes above and beyond to accommodate our changes, new requests, answer our silly questions. We couldn't ask for better travel agent to handle our travel arrangements.
