Fresh Food Matters
Food prepared is excellent. Staff was very friendly and outgoing, but a bit disorganized due to operating under new technology system. Will definitely go back when system is up and running efficiently!

Fresh Food Matters
Angela and her staff are amazing. The food is just as amazing. I have loved every thing I get home with. Today alone I had 4 items for meals I purchased yesterday. Trust me you want to try EVERYTHING! Photos are of the pita chips, carmaleized onion hummus and the garden vegetable mac and cheese

Our daughter in law bought 2 French Stew and potato meals for us and it was amazing! Very fresh and tasty! Highly recommend- especially for folks that need fresh food while convalescing- bravo

Fresh Food Matters
I visited as an out-of-towner and was so happy to discover that I could still eat home-cooked whole food meals that were easy on the stomach, high in protein, very delicious, and very reasonably priced. The owner seems like an awesome lady, and the interactions I saw between her and her customers were a testament to that. I recommend the steak sandwich (I think it was called?) and you can't go wrong with the green monster smoothie with a scoop of vanilla protein!

You know those nights when you don't feel like cooking, but you don't want to eat junky take out? Basically you want your mom to come over, make something healthy and delicious and take care of you? This is what the Fresh Food Matters Team does! Healthy, affordable, REAL FOOD. The soups are amazing. The potato salad is divine. Even the plain chicken breast is tender and flavourful. I am so grateful this business exists! I stock my freezer with the selections on a regular basis so I am never without a quick healthy option.

Fresh Food Matters
Yesterday afternoon was my first time getting food from Fresh Food Matters. I have heard so many good things about the food from my co-workers.So I went in to grab something for my supper. There was many things to choose from. I went with the freshly made Pork Souvlaki. It was absolutely delicious. The pork tenderloin was so juicy. The veggies cooked perfectly and the tzatziki was absolutely delicious.A must try for sure.Looking forward to trying more of their meals.

The ladies that served our group of travellers from Toronto made us feel like we were family. They were so kind, welcoming, and warm. The food was fresh, healthy and absolutely delicious. I’m so happy we stumbled on this restaurant. We were so thankful for the excellent customer service. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious meal with excellent customer service. Thank you ladies!!

Fresh Food Matters
After a long 4 days of our road trip from Toronto to Nova Scotia, our group really wanted food that was homemade, nutritious and wholesome. We found exactly that at Fresh Food Matters. The ladies there were so kind, warm and funny and the food and smoothies were delicious. You can really tell they put a lot of love into their meals and that they have a lot of fun at work. It was a wonderful welcome as a first stop in the province.

Fresh Food Matters
As a single guy, one of my worries was portion sizes. The entrees I have ordered are very satisfying and filling. I am a HUGE fan of their meals. So easy to buy ahead for those nights you don’t feel like cooking - although they are so good I plan them into my weekly meals. I have also bought them in multiples to offer to senior family members as a “night off’. Excellent, excellent food and service.

Stopped in & bought a bowl enroute from NFLD to ONTARIO, so delish & I was so happy to eat such a healthy protein rich meal after indulging in so many foods that vasiclated from my normal diet. Wishing them the best of luck with the business.
