I’ve always loved the store and had exceptional service from the grocery and clothing department (change rooms) as well. The store itself is clean and organized. Good products, nice staff. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because one time I had to use the washroom, and it was absolutely filthy, period blood smeared in the stalls and sinks. Other than that one incident the store is nice, and I enjoy going here.

I've been frequenting Giant Tiger more often because their cashiers are efficient and friendly and they pay taxes, unlike their self-checkouts.

The old lady watching over the self checkout was rude and ignorant. Unimpressed with her service and attitude. Customer service? More like nazism. Never going back to giant tiger Napanee Ontario.

Getting over priced due to the economy. Great staff, very friendly and courteous. The place is dated but still very neat and tidy. The store has lots of deals everyday to satisfy your shopping needs. The store has great parking and a large wheelchair ramp. If your looking for a discount store this is it.

Love this place! The staff are always helpful and friendly, and there is so much to choose from here from clothes to food to linens to hygiene products. Napanee's Giant Tiger is awesome!!

Love that they added the grocery meat and frozen sections .Guest selection of plus sized clothing which j personally am glad to seeHard to find decent plus sizes any where and with great prices as well

The store has a decent selection of clothes, homeware, groceries, and toys. Prices are good and they ad match! Downside is they've transitioned to self-checkout which means they only have one cashier on (two maximum) so the wait times to check out have increased. The self checkouts do not accept cash.
