Kind staff, lots of communication from them about where to be and when. A couple of restaurants and tourists shops near the dock to spend your time at before boarding.

Make sure you have a reservation and are there before an hour early or you will loose your reservation and maybe not get on! We had a great trip across, the price is fair, the trip goes by fairly quickly, the food court is good, but not fancy, and the gift shop has many options. We enjoy taking the ferry to go south.On our ferry trip we noticed that there was a whole group of people in a secluded section of the dinning room. We have since found out that there is a dinner cruise available every week and next time I go we will choose that option. It looked really good!

Ferry dock broke, which apparently has happened frequently the last few weeks. Left stranded, no communication on rebooking assistance, they should lose their license

Good trip to do once in a lifetime. Made us a little sick sitting in the car waiting to dock. The parking is in tandem with others, small spaces, but good food in the cafeteria if you are quick you can get a good seat. Staff are kind and helpful. Windy when sitting outside. Lots of Maps and travel brochures. Cost $96 for a 16ft car and 2 adults and 3 children. They are very coordinated getting everyone on and off the boat.
