Remote Proctoring Experience - Much worse than most of the reviews. It seems this company can't get it together. Exam shut down in the middle and they blamed me for it. Horrible experience. If I could post a review with zero stars, this would be the one.

I wrote my CSMLS here and had no troubles. Read everything they provide beforehand and you won’t have any issues. I loved having the noise cancelling headphones available - there were some people coming and going but the booths meant no disturbances.

Just finished taking the TOEFL iBT exam here! Staff was friendly and super accommodating. They didn’t let me wait with others and let me take my exam once I arrived. The cubicles were big enough to cover my peripheral vision so I was able to focus. Also, I found the noise cancelling ear mufflers very helpful in the reading part of the exam.

Possibly the worst company to do exams at. Not only are their at home software for writing exams terrible, but having wrote my exam at this particular site in person, their computers which are exclusively used for exams, bugged and resulted in glitches that delayed me in the exam and I couldn't finish. The Prometric staff shrugged and said to deal with it. On top of that in order to speak with someone they direct you to a phone number that I've been waiting for 2.5 hrs to speak with someone who then put me on hold for another half-hour. Ridiculous company that should never be used.

89 building, 3Rd floor, No.301 room.There are 13 computers in the testing room. The Proctors are very nice. The waiting room is small and quiet. There are hand sanitizer and alcohol spray on the tables. Everyone has to wear masks at all times and not have any symptoms of covid.

Horrible. Went to go and write my dental exam. They told us to be there 30-60 mins before. I was there 40 mins before. I havr been waiting over an hr. No ones come out to tell us whats going on. They're unorganized. Unprofessional and dont care about your time on the exam

I had really horrible experience with this test center. Their computer crushed right after I received the test result. It went white screen and did not come back. They tried to fix it but it did not work, which was ok because I already passed the exam. However, this issue also caused their printer to not function. They explained to me that they cannot print out my receipt or test result. The young lady at the reception was nice and trying to help, I stepped out to call my company if they need the paper result. My boss requested me to go back and talk to them one more time as the company might need the paper copy. When I went back to ask about the printer, the owner guy came out angry and yelling at me. Without asking what I need, he said they do not have what I’m looking for so get out of here. I asked him not to raise voice and he kept shouting at me saying “Get out of here! Leave!” He even raised his fist to chase me out of the entrance door. I’m writing this review because no one should be treated like I was ,when all you are doing is taking a test and getting the result from a test center. It was very rude, threatening experience.Their computers are incredibly old, there is only 1 room with 2 long desks so you feel your neighbor shaking the desk. They provide noise canceling headset for the noise. Their lockers are very small, if you have large back pack or even A4 size bag, it does not fit. You are allowed to use washroom but it is locked and you need passcode to open. I recommend checking how it works beforehand if your exam is a long one so that you do not waste too much time. The check is was really fast and smooth, which was very nice. With that being said, if you can take exam at home online, I’d recommend doing so. Good luck on your exam!

Very small place for the exams!!! You can't believe such a small waiting room with 5-6 chairs and just one exam room for all people attending for different exams! Strange stressed employees without cooperation and they are almost! 10 min walk to Heritage LRT station. Remember if you want to you washroom, It is outside the suite and general to whole building, you may have to wait on a queue and loose your exam/break time! Choose this center, only if you have to!

I had a good experience with the test centre. I arrived only 30 minutes early, and everything went well. The staffs were quite helpful and gave clear instructions pertaining to the exams. The place was very quiet and neat.

Just did my LEED exams here recently.nice place nice ppl.But if you come here to do tests, the main entrance is hiden on side of the building. and the elevator on your right hand side once you entred. Another downside is parking lot is limited here. I have to park somewhere else and walk back.
