This business establishment has a lot of potential but it seems that the management is least bothered and doesn’t care about “customer service” or “feedback”. We recently moved to Square one area and wanted a nearby Indian grocery shop for our needs & ended up going there. The wide variety of grocery was really a treat to the eyes from their vegetable, fruits section to typical Indian grocery food items. The place is huge & have a vast variety of stuff. At the very end of the shop, came the problematic area. They sell so called “freshly made food- veg & Non veg”. So wanted to give it a try and ordered some Punjabi Samosas, Matar Paneer & Amritsari Kulchas. After a wait of 5-7 mins, I was asked to collect the food and afterwards reached home, thinking that the food will be sumptuous given that it’s fresh & homely. That notion was shattered as soon as I took the first bite of the kulcha, it was nothing than layers of raw maida/flour. I couldn’t believe my eyes and all the kulchas had to be dumped in the bin. I wanted to call the guys and give them a mouthful but to their good luck they had closed. After this bad experience, I’ll never ever venture into that shop esp for so called “freshly prepared food” and will also advise others to stay away, rather order Indian food from better place which I have been trying to find in Mississauga for last 1.5 months. It’s a complete waste of time & money. Still giving 2 stars for Grocery variety otherwise for food, it should be minus 5. Have posted some pictures aswell.

Worst place ever. Everything is so expensive compared to other Asian stores. Also, wemt to buy Samosa one day and bought some 12-15 samosas, but the chutney (relish/sauce) they offerd was only one pack. When I enquired the staff mentioned our owner had ordered us to give only one pack. This was absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could give 0 stars to this flop place

Had asked a friend to pick up some food etc from this location, asked store clerk for mango drink, besides the fact of not clarifying the drink size, after having paid for merchandise, person requested for a receipt, she states , WE DONT GIVE RECEIPT FOR sales of merchandise. The product was paid with Credit Card. Never been to a store, that does not give store receipt, only except, If you go to Indian Stores, the 3rd world standards are live and well in Canada, would not recommend this store, and regretfully food was subpar.

Very good grocery stuff, and hot corner. Price for grocery slightly higher vs. other nearby Indian groceries.Especially freshly cooked stuff at hot counter, is tasty and good quality. Slowly, the prices there also increasing. As such, reduced getting cooked stuff.

Worst Indian grocery store in GTA, they sell expired products and if you tell them they will assure you about removing them but the next day you will find the same product on shelf. The lady at the counter always tries to charge more even after their insanely high prices. Today was my last day there. Best of luck to all people going there for groceries

It is a worst centrally located grocery store in the square-one area. This store has so much potential due to the fact that there is a good number of South Asian people living in the area but the store is not cleaned properly, organizing the aisles is neglected and sometimes you'relost finding stuff and price tags are missing. Freshly produced are a bit expensive as compared to other local stores. I got some fish pakora from the food counter and realized the food is not fresh at all. I hope they work these things to improve the store coz it is the main location with a lot of parking spots.

A few things about this place. The food counter in the back is not related to the front so you cannot pay for any groceries there. The food in the back is average but inexpensive. This is a great place to stock up on some Diwali items on the prices and selection

This is a good place to get Indian items specials Masalas, Some Cosmetics, Balms, Rices, flours, utensils etc, usually not available at Canadian stores. You can also try some Indian snacks and foods but that is just average.

I have been there a couple of times but today I was astonished to see that there was a lot of stuff which was expired. My 11 year old sister had a juice which was expired 3 months ago, I was going to buy frozen burgers but they were expired aswell. The cashier apologized and told me that she works only weekends so they dont know who takes care of the store during th rest of the week. I asked for the manager but he wasnt there. If you buy from here CHECK EXPIRY DATE!!!

Mr. INDIA GROCERS is a good store for Indian Groceries. You will find most things for your Indian lifestyle. You will find all kinds of oils, rice, condiments and spices. You will also find all kinds of frozen and ready to cook Indian meals. It also has a hot food section to pack yourself some take away.Another interesting thing I found was Pooja samagri. Almost everything you need for a havan. Overall a satisfying outing because I could find almost all things I was looking for. However, the prices I feel are slightly higher than other Indian stores. But definitely worth a visit for your Indian Groceries.
