The patties on the JBC are wafer thin and they never seem to fill fries full in their container. The South Asians who took over this place is a disgrace to Wendy's that I used to know and love. The place was very filthy as well. Sticky tables and garbage everywhere. They don't even bother cleaning the place.

Check your order before you leave the store. I ordered a Taco Salad and I didn't get Tortilla chips and salsa, and didn't notice until I was home and checked the bag, no chips or salsa. My bad... I should've checked instead of counting on the staff to do their job! It's sad because the girl at the counter was very sweet. Grrrr....

Hold on to your seat belts and let me tell you a story to tell your grandchildren. I went to this fine establishment to acquire what which one would hunger for at a reasonable time of 8:30pm on a Thursday. The great ole reliable JBC. Junior.Bacon.Cheeseburger. Upon ordering and committing the lawful act of payment I hurriedly home to enjoy my spoils of treasure. Once home, I had reached into what was meant to be a glorious burger. You know the one you really crave for and once you have your teeth in it the world feels better? Yea I once had dreams like that too. In my fun bag of horrors I had been given a sandwich which had no relation to a burger. The patty looks like you melted leather on the flat grill and went welp that’s burger shaped. What is the atrocity. I don’t know if this is a supply issue but this can not be acceptable to pass for a burger. Bruh Wendy’s please fix

Ordered a large ice coffee in the drive thru at 10:15am, one car infront of me total. At 10:33am I’m still trapped in the drive thru waiting for the same car… then they want to give me a 20 minute old ice coffee that’s completely melted and been sitting there the whole time. Some people just don’t get it . After refusing to make me a new one I just drove away, 20 minutes or my life wasted for one car… this place is garbage

The Wendy's bacon portobello mushroom is back and I also love the portobello mushroom bacon baked potato. I like the fact that they offer Fruitopia as an alternative to pop. The hamburgers taste like real beef is being used and the prices are reasonable. This location is fairly new. The one thing though is to be careful navigating traffic to get through the drive-thru.

Never in my life have I ever tasted such a water downed iced tea. I ordered a large and it tasted disgusting, literally most expensive water ever. Oh and their large fries are medium fries in a large box. I don't understand how these cheap owners don't know what false advertisement is.This is what the website shows as large fries, this is the reality. Give me my money back.

We went through drive through and the service was fast and efficient. We all got exactly what we ordered and the staff were pleasant.I'll have no problems swinging by here again for another couple of jr bacons and a 6 piece nugget.

Definitely not a good experience not once but twice. Had an order that gave us food poisoning in October. My wife, son and I were all puking sick. We kept the receipt and phoned in all they could do was replace the order. We waited until a day we thought we would give it another try 2 months later... When we went to get our replacement meal they wouldn't accept the receipt or replace the meal claiming it was not in the book". Worst customer experience ever."
