Highly recommend these guys. Our golf cart had the unfortunate luck of being hit by a tree in a storm, and they were able to source a used part for me. They also had other new parts in stock. Thank you so much

great service once you get a hold of them my personal cart came from the cart guy 10 years ago and if i need anything i call back. prepare to play telephone tag but if you keep at it a call every couple hours eventually you get through

Stay away! Ordered a Yamaha drink holder on March 31, 2022. as of writing this review I have not received the drink holder, however my credit card was charged the day I ordered. I have phoned (they don't answer) and sent multiply emails with no reply. Find somewhere else to shop! The only reason it got one star was because you can't post without one. 0 stars!

Ordered a golf seat cover for my dads golf cart. Quality of the product was great. Definitely note that it wasn't as much of a seat cover, as a seat replacement cover. Had to get a professional upholsterer to install. Otherwise, super happy with the purchase!

I highly recommend you don't buy anything from these people, they absolutely never answer the phones and the 1 out of a 100 times you get an answer, the girl has no clue what planet she's on. I spent 7000 on a ezgo rxv summer July 2021. Had it barely the summer season at my trailer. I had it stored with them and when I got it back summer 2022 I had nothing but problems. They came and picked it up and before telling me the issues they went ahead and fixed it without my consent and wanted to charge me 1000 and the cart is still warranty. So please my hard working people don't do any business with these crooks. Anywhere else is worth it.

These guys are awesome! Free pick up and delivery in Dunsford. My cart was running really poor but these guys managed to getting it going in a matter of days! A++ glad to know I have these guys to take car of it when needed!

Very terrible at returning phone calls. It's August 2 2017 and still have not received my golf cart for the season. They don't seem to take responsibility for any of there actions. Looking for a new golf cart dealer

I had my cart stored at their facility over the winter. They told me when I stored that they would have my cart delivered the day my trailer park opened.I followed up with them 1 month before hand and they told me they “would try their best”.3 days before … same answer.I called to get some concrete details and the girl that answered (which was a miracle as they never answer) (Lil) was very rude and would not provide a date of delivery.They don’t respond to email and phone calls.If you value response, reliability and customer service… you will not get it from Cart guys.Try Masters Golf or Kathy’s carts… they are wonderful, reliable and responsive and will treat you right!

Would likely get more business if they picked up a phone or returned a call. I went elsewhere.
