What happened?!Over the last two years I've watched our local McDonald's steadily decline into what is likely the worst McDonald's in the Yellowhead...The food is NEVER fresh, the nuggets in particular. If you ask them to make your food fresh (which, according to McDonald's policy, they have to oblige) they still won't make your food fresh. They'll just tell you it's fresh, or, like they did to me the other day, they'll take the nasty old nuggets that you gave back to them, and they'll refry them for 30 seconds and give them back to you again.No.When I say fresh chicken mcnuggets, I want fresh chicken mcnuggets. Slice open a new pack of them, drop them fresh, and put the fresh ones in the box. Don't put them in the heat tray and give me 8 fresh nuggets and 2 old ones. I even know three other people who've actually gotten sick from the chicken nuggets just recently... It's not a good situation.What a disgrace. And don't even get me started on the interior design. I know that's a corporate decision, but McDonald's stores haven't had good interior design aesthetics since the late 1990's.Do not eat at this McDonald's. Instead of paying $24 for a 20 piece nugget meal, go down the street to Canadian Steakout and get a fresh, delicious artisanal cheeseburger and sweet potato fries for $14.I'm fairly upset with our local McDonald's.I will not be returning for quite some time.

It was good, I can appreciate that they were busy but a few people got theirs orders ahead of us. The cashier had so much stuff in their back pockets their pants kept falling and they had to keep tugging them up. I don't really like that they touched all the food (even wrapped up) after grappling their pants. Long curly hair ask over the place. Or order# was 222 and they took it off the board WAAAAY before or order was ready.

Locked the doors and say they are closed at 9:40pm but my mobile order was already in. No one in this town works till the end of the shift. Mr. Mikes did the exact same thing.

The entire situation SUCKED!!! From the minute I walked in to an extremely messy restaurant to the rude front counter to the obnoxious manager that refused to give ANY fountain drink refills. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again and will do everything to tell as many people to avoid. Will be calling corporate to express my great displeasure.

Waited 20 minutes for food, burnt buns, orders not right. Not worth the stop, probably one of the worst McDonald's out there. Also about 400 flies buzzing around while trying to eat. Fail

2 stars because the staff is very kind. Other than that though. I stopped here 2 night in a row, happened to be super time going through in each direction. My burger was the same kind of wrong both times. Pictures speak better than words.

TLDR: Who ever the franchise owner is needs to address the absence of onsite leadership/supervision.Good gets made quickly but there’s no one to bag it and then so much time goes by that the orders get wiped from the board resulting in the employers being unable to prepare the orders for customers resulting in over worked and frustrated employees. There clearly needs to be stronger on-site leadership to manage situations on the ground. At this time DO NOT BUY IN STORE, go through the drive thru.

Staff in fighting in the back while waiting for order. Received my spicy crispy chicken bacon burger with nothing but the burger. Fries not placed in bag but dumped in. Come on who is the manager in charge?

Service was extremely slow during a busy period of time (dinner on a Thursday) and there was only one staff member at the desk who was befuddled, putting it nicely. The printers did not work in several of the automatic machines nor at the counter and it didn't seem like anyone knew how to fix them.It also appeared that the play place is closed for whatever reason and there are not happy meal toys so prepare for a revolt from your children if you come here.There is a Burger King location up the road that looks to be opening soon, so try there instead.Very unimpressed by this location and it does not even meet the standards of the Edmonton Trail location in Airdrie, Alberta and THAT place gets your order wrong 75 per cent of the time.
