We had water damage in our condo and Belfor was suggested by our insurance company to do the repairs. We were very pleased with Belfor. They were very easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly and clearly. Belfor sends a schedule before the work begins so we were able to get a clear picture of the timeline of the work. Our condo is back in order and looks wonderful. Mitch Frank , the project manager and his assistant Rick Valerio deserve special mention for their conscientious attention to the work involved. Thanks!

BELFOR did an exceptional job restoring my Guest room and Garage, which resulted from a broken water line in the Guest room flooding the whole top floor and garage below.There was a lot of restoration required... replacing the flooring, replacing wall insulation, painting walls, restoring bathroom cabinetry. The water damage cleanup was a lot of work which BELFOR got onto it immediately drying out the floors and walls. All contents were tagged and moved into storage before work could begin. This process took a lot of time because of the tagging and packing everything to go into storage. They did an awesome job.... everything was handled with care, packed & labeled.The whole restoration process was handled very professionally and the client's concerns were addressed promptly. I would recommend them highly for any restoration job and would use them again. THANK YOU BELFOR for all your hard work and service!!

My wife and I had a flood in our apartment caused by our upstairs neighbor. It caused considerable water damage to our bathroom and adjoining hallway. There was some remediation required to our property as it was discovered that the old tiling contained lead. Our insurer suggested Balfor and we followed their recommendation. We are very glad that we did as they were professional, courteous, punctual and accommodating of all of our requests and concerns. The lines of communication that were necessary and established were well followed and we felt respected, welcomed in conversation and that they very much appreciated our confidence placed with them. The workmanship on the repairs was first class and met all of our expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending them and using them again if the need arises.

Alex and his team brought our heavily damaged apartment back to better than new. It included wood floors, drywall and appliances and we are back, on time and bang on budget. Very happy with the service and the workmanship. Would recommend this group any time.

Heads Up to Jay Quilay my Project Manager...Phase 1 of my Water Restoration was done in limited time with little deficiencies. The deficiencies were done within two days of me letting him know. Jay was very informative all the way through dealing with Myself, Strata and my Insurance Adjuster. Hoping that Phase 2 will be smooth sailing, if not better. Sincere thanks to the work that Jay did, and the work to come.

I've had the displeasure of needing restoration/repair services on a couple of occassions but the pleasure of being able to work with Belfor to get these done. They make it about as predictable and upfront as you can expect from such work with their organized approach and well documented reports and assessments. If you are 'unlucky' enough to need such services, hope you are lucky enough to work with them and especially if you are assigned Conor Mooney as your project manager who makes the whole process even easier to navigate.

After my condo flooded, Belfour came to the rescue. Special thanks to Mitchell Frank, Rick Valerio and all the crew who participated in the project. All the work was well done and properly completed. We had some minor things to fix, but that's normal, and Mitchel and Rick made sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend Belfour to others who like me, have the unfortunate experience of a flood in their home. It's a very stressful thing to go through, but these guys took great care and made the whole experience far less painful than I had expected.
