I recently switched my insurance for auto/house over to All Risk insurance with the assistance of Sarah, who was pleasant to work with and easy to communicate with. Knowing very little of insurance and different types of coverages I was educated on what I needed! My current coverage now with All Risk exceeds all my previous coverage and came with a better rate ! I will be switching over all my other insured items over when they’re ready for renewal. I recommend Sarah for any insurance quotes or questions!

Overall, I had a positive experience with this agency. The representative that I worked with was named Adrianna and she gave excellent customer service. She promptly responded to all of my questions and did her best to give us a great policy.Unfortunately we did not use this agency because we are newcomers. We were able to provide them with over ten years of proof of prior insurance and clean driving records. Yet because of a clerical error at the DMV in California the insurance company insisted my husband had only been driving for 4 years. This made our rates much higher. I would not expect them to just accept us at our word that he has been driving longer, we gave them proof through our insurance history and DMV records that were pulled in 2013. They refused to consider this clear evidence. Unfortunately, it will take months to get the error at the California DMV corrected. I found it incredibly frustrating that this insurance company was exploiting this obvious clerical error to gouge us with extra high premiums.It is not Adrianna or All-Risks Insurance Brokers fault that the insurance company is so unethical and takes advantage of our newcomer status. She tried her best to find us a good deal. She answered all of my questions promptly and encouraged me to try other insurance companies if I was unhappy. Her hands were tied and she handled a difficult situation with tact and professionalism.

Excellent service from Sarah & the all risk team. From the original screening process to see if the insurance was going to be irregular due to the flood plain zoning before I even made an offer on the house all the way through to my closing. Sarah was wonderful, got me the best possible insurance policy for the lowest possible price. Highly Recommended for sure, if I could give this company a 10 star review I would!

I never give a 5. Nobody is that good!! Well, I was schooled today. I was so used to just paying the money and not really understanding what I was covered for but that I was covered. Period. I thought that I didn't have the time to understand how it worked. Sarah took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the liability insurance process. What I needed to understand, why things were being asked etc.Not only did I get more coverage but at a better rate with the coverage that I needed & nothing else. Switch over from your present insurance provider, prove me wrong. In today's world, it is a rarity to find someone who is more concerned about you than the money to be made. I can't thank All Risk Insurance and specifically our agent Sarah Langis. We received info that our car insurance company was canceling our policy 3 days prior to renewal. Sarah was able to not only get us the best rate available, buy also worked her hardest to make sure everything was signed and dated and ready to go for the date we needed. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and addressed immediately. Can't thank Sarah and her team enough for all they have done for us. They took the stress off of us. We are so happy with the service we received we will be going with them again when our house insurance is ready too. Great company with truly great people
