I stored my tires for a couple of years with Kal Tire. Because I had to wait more than 2 hours for the every summer/winter tire exchange, I decided to move to another company. The tires were returned without the covers. They told me that they were going to call me when they found the covers, but they never did.

Took my car in for a bent rim as recommended by five star who couldn’t replace the rim as needed.Staff: so friendly!!! So pleasant!!Waiting area, bright and colourful, clean, and a desk for me to work at while waiting.Service: so fast, very professional and very friendly.Price: affordable, and no unnecessary charges.I couldn’t recommend this place more. They were very busy, cars in and out, phone timing off hook. Again this leads me to feel this is a very well run and reliable business. I would trust them again any day.Thank you Kal Tire.

Great service! Even though I didn't book a time.I'm not happy being charged extra to change tires on rims when I'm getting all 4 brakes doneTires need to come off anyhow!

Had a winter tire swap scheduled for 4:30pm, I returned at 6pm with nothing done, was told its busy season and they were backed up, maybe don't book so many appointments or give a heads up when I first arrived instead of me wasting an hour and half for nothing, also found the staff to be rude and not very apologetic. This is the second time this has happened here , thought I'd give them another chance but not again.

No 5 star review because their service rates have become too expensive. Change to my summer tires and store the winter wheels cost just over $190. They do a good and prompt job, but costs too much.

I have been going to Kal Tire for years, and the staff at the Carlaw location have been nothing short of amazing. The scheduling, the service, the commitment to excellence... it is rare to find a business that operates like this. I have always felt like I am in great hands and have recommended Kal Tire to literally anyone who will listen.Unfortunately, during my recent visit to have my winter tires swapped out for summer ones, I discovered a huge slash in the side of my tire. I know for a fact that this was not there prior to storing my tires with Kal Tire, as I always do a check before the swap. Now, I am worried about driving with the damaged tire, and I have not heard back from anyone at Kal Tire.

Got there half an hour before closing and they were busy, but a nice girl promptly checked my issue, advised that due to a too low of a thread they couldn't patch, but went the extra mile by checking and topping up with air both my trouble tire and the spare. Way to go!

I just walk to the store for tire patch because I have a nail on my tire and the front desk lady Shirley I think her name was not even looking at me talking to me .She is like we all booked and can't take walk in and I was like can I book appointment. She refuse that they not taking appointment and suggest me to go to diffrent store.I am Tire regular customer but didn't expect this kind of service from the great company. Literally She try avoid me .And she was so rude.

Make sure you book your tyre service well in advance. When you do get an appointment, service is excellent. Special call out to Al, who has always treated both my wife, son and I extremely well.

Each of the last 2 times this company did work on my car, they acted unethically. The 1st job, they attempted to overcharge my wife after providing me with a quotation for a lower price. The 2nd time they told me that i needed new drivers side tie rods.They had in fact replaced them weeks prior. I checked and they were in deed in perfect working order.
