They're good when they're fresh. Today I was given two out of the display case instead, and found a long, fried hair on my food. Disgusting. Wear hair nets please.

After waiting for 30 minutes for my 6 pretzels with a myriad of people getting their 1 pretzels before me, I gave up and left empty handed. I understand that there is one lone guy there but don't tell me it will be a 10 or 15 minute wait when it will be over 30 maybe 45 minutes.

Every time I order from them via DoorDash they confirm my order then cancel it 20 mins later. If you don’t do doordash don’t use it!!!!!! I don’t get why they have themselves on that app if they constantly cancel my order halfway through???

Been looking for good soft pretzels since J moved years ago from Alberta. This place has single handedly become my one and only go to pretzel place, they're fresh have the perfect texture and flavour, they have a variety of flavours" to choose from plus the hot cheese dip completed the experience to beyond my expectation holy christ this was delicious Long Live Mr.Pretzel!"

Some of the best pretzels we’ve had. Very soft. Enjoyed the original salted and Parmesan. Lots of dipping sauces to try as well. Head out to Government St. and enjoy in the sunshine on a bench.

Definitely can find much better pretzels in town but for something quick and cheap, it does the job. Only giving 2 stars though because the guy working behind the register went from handling my change to handling my food without gloves or washing his hands. Review food safe level 1 again, then I'll be back.

Good Pretzels. Went there twice in a week while on vacation, we enjoyed the Cinnamon sugar Pretzels. Can't complain.
