Robin & Clayton are extremely helpful. I had a Spa Pack Heater Relay take out my aging board. They listened to my questions, answered them knowledgeably, and when it was determined that I should go for a whole new spa pack, they had the best prices in Canada! Even ebay wasn't close when factoring in shipping, duties & exchange rate. My local hot tub/chemical supplier quoted me $140 more for the same product.Highly recommended.

Ordered online, good product details, good price, product shipped quickly and arrived quickly. (Wet end, XP2 pump.) Didn't deal with customer service.

I purchased a used hot tub and took on the challenge of redoing all the plumbing. pump and heater etc.Thanks to the help and expertise from Hot tub essentials I was able to not only do this with no previous experience other than being a handy guy.The pricing and service has been exceptional.I since have sent a friends to them who have been able to do the same as I. The feedback from my friends has been much the same as mine.It is a pleasure doing business with these guys!

I Called Essential to order a new circuit board for my hot tub and told them I’m looking for a replacement circuit board for my hot tub and that it was a balboa vs500z and asked about availability, I was told to order it online and that it was in stock. The part was delivered about a week later. Then I got a hot tub service guy to install it and unfortunately found out it’s the wrong circuit board they sold me.When I called back looking for help to resolve this issue, they refused to do anything to help me and said that the new circuit board won’t work for me and it’s a used part now (after it was installed in my hot tub for less than 10 minutes) and they won’t take it back or exchange it. But will sell me a different $700 plus system but I'm still stuck with a $400 paper weight. All I wanted to do was exchange it for the proper one or refund my money as it was only hooked up for about 10 minutes. I was even willing to pay the 25% restocking fee if they can’t supply the right circuit board.It certainly was their negligent for sending me the wrong part. But the sales rep Clayton said it’s not their job to inform the customer that the circuit boards can be different, even though the part numbers are the same. I was shocked as I thought I was dealing with a professional company. Now they refused to admit they did anything wrong. When I talked to the owner, Clayton, as to why I wasn’t given the correct information when I called in. He responded “it’s not their job and they don’t have time to ask and inform everyone”. He eventually became irritated and used abusive language and called me a liar saying that my original circuit board didn’t have the same part number as the one I ordered. He threatened to sue me when I said I will be posting on Facebook and Better Business Bureau.I could not believe essential would have such poor customer service and still be in business! I’m not sure if it’s a lack of knowledge or they just don’t care as long as they make a buck. I am still looking forward to resolve this issue but the owner, Clayton refuses to do anything to rectify this situation.

Over the past few years I have purchased several items from here. They have always arrive quickly and did what they were supposed to. The prices are very competeitive. Recently I purchased a new spa pack which proved to be a troublesome install and programmimg nightmare. The service provided was exemplary as it required daily emails to troubleshoot and work our way through the issues. I am happy to say it was a positive outcome. For these reasons I have listed I would not hesitate for one second in giving Hot Tub Essentials the highest possible rating.

The service from the team at Hot Tub Essentials was amazing! They helped me select the right pump for my hot tub as well some hard-to-find jets. I had some technical issues with the circulation pump that they were able to resolve quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their hot tub. They have a great selection of parts and shipping was extremely fast and reliable. They have become my 'go to' source for everything related to my hot tub.

Super good to deal with! All the other hot tub places around only wanted to sell me new pumps/wet end. Also others couldn't find the Jets, Clayton was almost immediately and could name the parts and had stock! Still need to sort out the right wet end or change plumbing.So far great to deal with!

Purchased a circulating hot tub pump online. I was very happy with the communications and the quick delivery time. Their support was beyond expectations and will happily buy my hot tub parts from them again.
