Had such a great experience with Edmonton City Ford. From my first phone call to the service department, incredible staff there and my service advisor Ben who was a dream to deal with. I was basically in and out within 24hrs of my initial phone call. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this Ford over any other one around, as they seem to care about their costumers and their experience and providing good quality service without pushing all that extra stuff on you. Very easy, breezy and if anything else happens to my vehicle or just to get services, this will be my first and only stop. Thank you for the great service!

Fantastic customer service all round! Cannot recommend this place enough. Having recently emigrated to Canada and after purchasing a new vehicle i took it to this business after doing my research and seeing such positive reviews online. I was therefore not surprised at all when Billy helped me with everything i asked of him a true gentlemen of the industry. Also loved the shop doggo.

Unbelievable customer service! Billy and the team take it to a different level. Needed a new remote fob for my F-150 starter and they went above and beyond to have it to me within 24hrs before the hellish cold snap hit! A month later my SYNC went kaputz and they got me in asap. White Lightning is rolling with sound again thanks to the City 2 team!!!

Hands down THE BEST place to go for your vehicle. After having years of issues with our Nissan 370Z that no one seemed able to fix, Ian identified the problem almost immediately! He was able to get us in right away and fix it within minutes! Ian and Jeremy - you're the best!All their staff is so personable and professional, and Billy the manager was great to deal with. Everyone truly went above and beyond and for an insanely fantastic price our car is finally fixed and running again.I won't take our vehicles anywhere else and I'm already shopping for stuff for my truck next. Thank you guys!!!

I got really good service there.... BILLY is always so nice and have a super nice energy. They put my mud stoppers, installed parralel bars and put my cargo box on top of my Explorer. I went all the way Quebec and no problem.

Only got a one star rating because that’s the only option in order write a review, Lacks customer service. Have tried dealing with Billy to do a build, just to get the run around. Guy does not return phone calls or get back to you when he says he will. As a result I have another dealership doing the build for me. Will not deal with this business again or recommend them to anyone.

I had made some calls prior to visiting here and the big city stores were ridiculous with inventory, deposits, unfriendliness and prices. I called Kent one day close to closing time and the very next day he called me with the parts I was looking for and smashed other companies prices/service. I also dealt with Billy, too who is great to speak with and let me know about the store and the products. Both were great to deal with and the rest of the staff were overly friendly. They are redoing the showroom and it looks great. This company is very good with communication on top of that and I highly recommend them.
