Ordered for the first time. Delivery was great. Pizza was hot and delicious. A little too much cheese for me but otherwise was very good

Tonight we ordered pizza and pasta from Napolis for the first time. The penne with house red sauce was basic but pretty good.The pizza was a major let-down.We got one small House Special pizza (bacon, pepp, green pepper and mushroom) and one small Canadian Veggie pizza (olives, tomato, green pepper, onion and mushroom). There were far too many toppings loaded onto these medium-crust pizzas…and the Veggie was especially bad because of this. The crust beneath the toppings was absolutely soggy and floppy- even stuck to the paper lining in the box, which was soaked. We heard this pizza was a game changer! Sadly we disagree.Less cheese would be better, and less quantity of each veg would probably help this sad little pizza out! The other pizza was soggy too, but less than the veg.I can’t imagine what it would have been like had we ordered larger pies!Safe to say we won’t be back again. What a waste of 18$ a pizza!! (Which were 4 slices each).

The server was prompt and attentive to our table. The garlic bread was good, as well as the bruschetta. The medium pizza was sliced generously and plated table-side by our server. Got the meat lovers pizza. The topings were generous. The only downside was the sliced ham on the bottom kept sliding off and separating ALL the toppings from the dough/crust. Would definitely go back and try another pizza.

Napoli's Restaurant Pizza & Pasta
Was really looking forward to dining in today but wasn't able to for some reason. It's listed on the door that they are open until 10 pm and I arrived shortly before 9. They said they were only available for takeout, even though the entire restaurant was empty and the bartender and 2 others were in deep conversation, so I don't see why that couldn't be accommodated.

Went for the first time since the early 90's yesterday. The pizza was as amazing as I remember it. The service was very friendly and attentive. Only ran in to an issue with the Interact machine where it didn't seem to be working and declined my card so I paid cash. Turns out the payment did go through and that meal was $112! LOL Not their fault and will sort it out with the bank.I will definitely go back, but paying cash only next time.

Listen, I was going to make a cheesy pizza place mafia joke, but Napolis is so good that it deserves your respect. We strolled in on a warm August evening. We were greeted with a smile, and garlic bread for the table. The garlic bread was fought over by the kids. I almost lost a finger in the battle. Next came the pizza. What a pizza it was. A secret cheese blend, huge and tasty awesome pepperoni, sauce that was just right, and crust that demanded to not be left behind. Forget the hipster Westboro pizza joints and come visit Napolis. Warm service with great conversation, and pizza that's a slice above the rest. No wonder they've been around since before the hipsters were born. Next time we visit Ottawa, Napolis is a must.

I came at a time of the day (shortly after noon) and I would have expected the place to be full of lunchtime eaters. There were three of us. On the other side, the kitchen was slammed with takeout orders (mine included). The service was friendly and generous.

My husband and I just had dinner here. EXCELLENT is an understatement. The atmosphere was lovely the food was exceptional and the service was top notch. If more stars were an option I'd give more. We had the escargot appetizer, garlic bread, tortellini alfredo and mixed pasta plate of lasagna and cannelloni. Delicious. We will be coming back to this spot for sure.

Some of my favorite things to get from Napolis is their pastaaaaa!! Especially their Alfredo Fettuccine and it’s sooooo creamy and delicious!! I also really enjoyed their Bruschetta!
