Service team is good, there sales team drives me nuts tho. I get consent emails and text messages from them saying they want to buy my truck and that I should trade up to a new model. I was curious so I asked how much they would give me, they offerd me 18 thousand under what my truck is worth, and the sales guy was rude to me when I told him his price was out to lunch I had to block his number so he would leave me alone, they are pushy and won't leave me alone even though I asked. I have sent them messages asking them to stop contacting me but it doesn't stop. I get emails and text messages every month. The second star is only there because there service team is good to deal with. If they didn't have salesman I would give them 5 stars

My first experience with Woodgrove Chrysler I had my Jeep in for warranty work. A wrong part was sent ( delaying my Jeep work for hours) I was waiting in store and travelled a hour away to come to their store and they covered my warranty deductible for the inconvenience. Which I really appreciated as it was not their fault. My second experience today, I was in an accident and the other shop I brought my vehicle to gave me a long list of things we could try and they misdiagnosed it. Chrysler Woodgrove had it properly diagnosed within a hour and even fixed it for me on the spot. Super impressed!

We received great service at this dealership. The salespeople were not too pushy, provided all information requested, and allowed us to test drive the car twice and take our time doing so. Although we ended up finding a more appropriate car for our needs elsewhere, we would certainly return here if we were looking again.

So disappointed! Dealerships have a bad reputation and trust is very important. Unfortunately since the new ownership group (KOT), the service department feels it necessary to not only charge a premium for visiting a “dealership” but to gouge.Charged me 400.00 more than the quote they gave me blaming higher prices from 3rd parties to computer glitches. 40 years dealing with computers never seen a computer glitch that wasn’t human caused.I did get a refund for the over charge but a sincere apology from the service manager would have been helpful in restoring trust. I wrote to the GM who said he would review with his staff and was glad I got refunded. I felt like he was just brushing me off and did not care that my trust in this dealership was broken. I know that I will never get service or buy a vehicle from this automotive group - lots of other choices.

I had the best car purchasing experience here! Mark went above and beyond to make it easy for me to fly in from Van and test drive my dream car.
