They are very accomodating I bought Traeger BBQ Smoker. Its awesome cooking with wood is the best. They are expert's regarding the Traegers.

Ed and the crew at Central Alberta Hay are great to deal with. Their prices are reasonable and the service is impeccable. I bought a backpack blower for clearing snow last year. It developed a problem this year as the warrant expired. They linked the problem to thw manufacturer, completed.the work under warranty and lent me a fully fueled unit to use while waiting for parts.

Went to view the traeger barbecues and was very impressed with the guys at this shop. Bought the Traeger Ironwood 650 after talking with their expert BBQ man and Vern. They were very helpful and informed. Definitely recommend.

The Hay Centre is great, even for a city slicker like me. I shopped around town for a Toro lawn mower last summer. Ed helped me settle on what particular model I wanted and he was able to get it for me (even in these times where the supply chains run long and late). Even better, he gave me a great price!Middle of this winter I decide I need to get a snow blower and I wanted a particular Toro model (so fussy!). Snow blowers in general were hard to get and wanting a particular model is setting yourself up for disappointment. I got excited when I saw a shop in Calgary had one (and it's a shop I also like) but then I thought well

We went online to look for a Kuhn dealer to buy a new speed rake as our local dealer was sold out for the season and found Central Alberta Hay Centre. Kevin was great to deal with from the beginning. We called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was unfortunately sold out. He got a new shipment a week later, had the rake built and delivered to our farm 3 hours away only two days after that. Great service!!
