Friendly, knowledgeable, patient service from Nick. The pricing options were clear and terrific price point for my budget. Great selection of appliances for all budgets. My old fridge died, so I was forced to shop for a new one. Nick made it a pleasurable experience. I just wish delivery was within a couple days, given the situation, however I live in Sidney, so they don't offer quick delivery. I would by appliances from Trail again, thank you!!

I have a very challenging personal life and I have a lot of demands on my time. My original fridge ended up dying unexpectedly in 24 hours. So I made a frantic phone call to Trail Appliance's Langford location, and I made a plea to the store manager, MARK, for some immediate help to get a replacement fridge. He was very kind and acted immediately, putting me in touch with a product expert named SHAYLENE. She and I had a couple of phone calls in short order, and she already had suggested a product that I could buy that would be immediatel delivered. During this time, she was patient and kind and reassured me that everything was going to be OK. She had a product delivered, very quickly. And she also arranged for the haul-away of my old fridge. I couldn't believe the outstanding customer service she gave me. During a time that was very stressful for me, she made me feel like I was being listened to and cared for. I would shop at the Langford location again without hesitation. Thank you, Mark and Shaylene. A+!(Ps. My only complaint was the 3rd party delivery service that they used. They ended up making a nick in my hardwood floor, but it is very minor and is NOT Trail.)

Product Specialist Ezra Nichols did a fantastic job of helping me pick the right Samsung refrigerator, and having read the latest deal updates just before I arrived he got me a deal I couldn't say no to. When the delivery time changed Ezra did his best to get it back in line and the gentlemen who delivered and installed it were fast and efficient.

We arrived on an incredibly busy day, but Nick VanGiesen made sure to acknowledge us, offered us a drink, apologized for the busyness & said that he'd be with us as soon as possible, which he did. Nick didn't use high pressure sales to get us something we didn't need & was very knowledgeable about the products on the floor. He worked with us to stay within our budget. The showroom was very well laid out, bright & clean. Overall a very pleasant appliance buying experience.

Great place to buy appliances in Victoria. Ezra is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ran into some unexpected complications on our project, they were happy to accommodate our needs.

We bought a new Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator a couple of weeks ago, and Karan was our Product Expert. We specifically asked for him when we arrived, as he was so helpful and honest with us when we purchased a Speed Queen laundry set a few years ago. He is a great asset to Trail Appliance. The delivery guys were great too. Curtis H. and Devon C. were very careful with our delivery, and made sure everything was unpacked, levelled and operating properly before they left. We have been very happy with our two Trail Appliance purchases, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had superior service from Nick Van Giesen when I had to find the right kitchen appliances remotely (health issues kept me from shopping in person). Nick was incredibly helpful & understanding. He has found the perfect fit and at excellent prices.Superb customer service.

From Eric in the showroom to the fellows who delivered my new fridge everyone was friendly and professional. Eric took the time to listen to my needs and gave me several recommendations for my situation. I really appreciated having all my questions answered, even with a possible future purchase. Very good selection as well.
