Horrible customer service. Took 3 months to get my truck finished. Damamaged and scratched my floor on a brand new Mercedes-Benz 3500 dually sprinter. Told me I need new shooks for my ladder rack to work properly and now I have even more headaches with it.Do not recommend

Great professional service and nice guys. I had my work van outfitted by them and the did a great job. I told them to place a tool rack on the wrong side (totally my fault) and they changed it back for me at no charge even after I told them they should bill me for it. Can't recommend enough. Thanks guys.

I didn't have much of an interaction with the staff but, they were polite answered my questions and showed me some product samples. Pricing for me although no doubt was fair was beyond my one off budget. For some one with a fleet of vehicles to make ready for the job Woodfield should be their only stop.
