This group of so called medical professionals" discriminates

So far I had a great experience here! My little baby was sick and I really didn’t want to wait in the ER but they were able to take me in last minute. They were able to tell me the problem and the solutions.

Yes, I feel a bit rushed threw at times, Mr. Welling and Anny could be a bit more personable but I would not go to another ! Their staff starting with Bailey and the other ladies are super thorough and on it for referals and keeping me reminded of things I need to get done, I really appreciate MY" Dr's" office !! Well Done"

The doctor is extreamly professional. And extreamly Thoreol.The office staff. And nurses. Are very. Professional. And kind.A great .Family doctor.

Horrible service, went in for appointment for vaccination and asked for confirmation of another appointment my husband has in few days, since they charge freeking 25$ for missed appointments, rude receptionist in the room had a paper posted to not disturb , call back tomorrow!!!! Extremely rude staff

Nearly impossible to get an appointment. No one answers the phone and the online requests go unanswered. I really don’t understand why it is so difficult, either hire more staff or prioritize your patients over desk work. The one time I did get a response they recommended I come on a weekend morning for their “walk-in clinic” rather than actually scheduling an appointment, and it feels like you might as well camp out overnight to just claim a spot on weekends. Figure it out.Edit: I finally had to just go in for their weekend clinic, waited a few hours in line and Dr. Welling spent approximately 1 minute just throwing prescriptions at me before I had even finished my sentences. Big surprise, the meds prescribed did not work because he didn’t actually listen to my full explanation of my symptoms. I get that you’re busy but we are humans and deserve more time and respect for our medical concerns.

Weekend Walk-ins also have appointment system and they do not pickup call on weekends so what you need to do is physically go there > register yourself and they will send you SMS (Without timeslot) and you have to go to the clinic and wait there for your turn...

The front staff extremely rude and don't care . The doctor does not feel the need for follow ups even if you have been to the ER. It looks like he is not bothered about his patient's. I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS.

Did an awesome job with my glasses and gave me a great deal. Would recommend their eye services to anyone! Feeling confident!

Wait time is over an hour with a scheduled appointment. After the long wait the Dr basically just asked me how I was doing and didn't even look at my wound. At yet another appointment waiting once again an hour past my waiting time.
