Dynamic Health and Fitness

First of all, i miss this gym so much! Lol. We just moved here in Vancouver and unfortunately had to cancel my membership. I just want to say that this gym was a big help when I decided to lose weight and live healthier/actively. The staff here was very helpful and was insightful when I was starting out and was clueless at what I was going to do. Also, the owner Jeff was so easy to talk to right when I was signing up, up until when I was cancelling my membership. The location is so convenient as well! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a membership. All the best to Dynamic!!

Overall great gym! Clean, friendly staff, equipments you need plus there’s a sauna! Recommend to anyone who is looking for gym!

Best gym in New West hands down. I went to another for a cheaper monthly fee but the extra cost of a couple coffees a month was very much worth it. Great staff and equipment.

I love this gym! It’s cleaned, organized and the staff is amazing! Also, it has all the equipment necessary to do different work out, plus it has a section just for ladies! I have been member for the last 4 years and I wouldn’t change it unless I have to move to another city!

I never really thought that I would be the kind of person that loves going to the gym but this gym makes it easy to love going to work out. First off the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment is taken very seriously. Excellent ventilation throughout the space with both staff and fellow gym members keeping everything very clean. As a gym beginner, I appreciate how respectful the fellow gym members are and how friendly and helpful the staff are. There are lots of beginner friendly machines and equipment to get started with and then you can start to move up to the more advanced stuff as you go. I’ve made a lot of progress in my first six months and I’m excited to see where my fitness will be in another six months!

Dynamic is an immaculate gym . I love to workout here everyone seems and is motivated to workout and to see results which pushes me to become better . The studio room is my favourite for meditating after the gym. If you haven’t check them out start today cause it’s a must all equipment accessible from machines to heavy lifting weights . Staff members are super kind and welcoming . Great community gym

Excellent gym. Top quality cardio and strength equipment. Very friendly and welcoming staff and Jeff and Alison (owners) are fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend Dynamic for your fitness and health goals.

The best gym in New West for sure! Been coming here for years and my senior parents for over 10 years. It’s clean with lots of machines and free weight options. Staff are friendly and easy going and lots of flexible options at this gym. Nice atmosphere and all members polite. Free parking here too!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent interaction with Dynamic Fitness. I spoke to a receptionist whose father is the owner of the gym. His behavior was very unprofessional, and I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service.I wanted to pause my wife's membership because she isn't feeling well and needs to rest at home. My wife sent an authorization email giving me permission to sign on her behalf (which he demanded). When I asked him to check his email, he said he didn't have access to it because his father was out of town and he was the only person who could access the emails. I am surprised by how they run the business when the father is away for a week and they don't have access to the emails. When I asked when his father would return, he replied that it might be next week or it might not be. This lack of clarity and professionalism is unacceptable.

I chose this gym for the convenience as i live in the towers above and it’s been very worth it. The staff are very friendly and helpful . The machines , washrooms and gym areas are always clean and organized . There’s always lots of equipment to use . Members are very polite and considerate . Good Gym to be a part of .
