Jeff was wonderful and answered our agent's call immediately. He was flexible in his schedule to accommodate our work schedule and still did a thorough job going through the property. He kept us updated as he made his way through the house, answered all our questions, and provided a detailed report. He was friendly, professional, and punctual, and prompt. Jeff Frame responded over a holiday weekend and was out the next day to get my new-construction home inspected. He was extremely thorough and took time to educate and pointed out a few points of concern that I completely would have missed. Builder is fixing these issues before we move in and giving us peace of mind. Great to do business with.
