Very rude employee and wasn't helpful at all

Only to takeout photo print… reasonable price

Don’t go here . Camera is not working.

Visit for passport photo today, the girl work there very rude and unprofessional and photo quality v.v low. Very disappointed

Went to the photo lab and the girl saw me waiting and proceeded to walk around slowly and look in drawers and ignore me. At some point it became almost humorous because she wasn’t doing anything but avoiding me :) she slowly walked over, opened a box and started putting together picture frames. After 15 minutes I had to ask if she could help me and she said just a minute. It was awkward and finally I think her boss came over and she was pretty fast :)

I was here today at 240 to pick up my picture order as we received an email it was in, the lady at the booth ,when she eventually showed up, was incredibly rude as soon as she spoke to us. She was throwing around the folders with pictures in them trying to find ours mumbling about how it wasn't there. She said they probably weren't even there and it was on the truck they do this all the time." I asked for a refund she said I would have to come back another day and just wrote down. The number for customer service and told us to call it to find out what happened she offered no resolution at all and honestly made it seem like we were putting her out just coming in at all. Customer service at the front of the store was very helpful afterword and seemed very apologetic."
