Excellent service. Thankful for the team member who assisted us, they were patient as we selected a cone style and size, and offered advice on the products available. In the past I've received advice with feline food varieties and am very grateful for the effort and attention the staff have offered. A welcoming atmosphere and team, prompt and friendly service, we couldn't ask for more.

Great store, good service, and good selection

Staff are always really friendly and helpful. We have gotten great advice here for our puppy, from helping us with a tick bite to figuring out what's best for his diet. We also really enjoy the dog wash station.

The staff at this location are so friendly and helpful. They've been extra supportive over the past few months as I've been trying to get my puppy to climb up the stairs at the self serve grooming stations, which has been a huge challenge. Thank you so much!

I came in to buy raw food and some treats for my dogs. There was 4 employees around the till. 1 was helping a customer purchase a gift card and the other was stocking shelves. The other two were standing around doing nothing. I politely asked if one of them could ring me through on the open till. The manager was sooo rude and got into a fight with me about sanitizing the counter which she was been lazily doing for 5 minutes while I waited. I asked for her name and she refused. When I found out she was the manager I was in Shock. Being a manager myself I couldn’t believe the way she “ran” the store and how rude she is to customers. Lazy and attitude problems. Avoid running into this land hippo.

Kayla at the Arthur street location was more than helpful, she provided a lot of information about various foods and helped us effectively switch out kitten to a food that has been fantastic for her so far! Thank you so much!

The staffs make me come back every time. Always welcoming and happy to see pets. Our dogs love this place too. Not to mention that this place has everything we were looking for.

Went for dog wash that was booked at 2pm show up and someone else is already in dog wash, they said he had a 2 pm appt as well but looking at the sheet had our name and phone number down for the 2pm appt! Not this other guys! So we drove from our home in the country 35min away for nothing all they could do is a free wash! Do not recommend
