Like this place. Traveling with my dad and we stopped in to eat. The food was great. The staff are great. Seating is good. Very warm environment

Temperature in room, feast or famine. Either decide you want to burn up, or freeze. those are your options. Bathtub is no longer white due to years of non-cleaning. And the bathroom ceiling is falling falling apart. Could be a nice place for the money they charge. But it is not!

Room was kinda musty smelling and dingy. For $120 I expect a bit nicer. I've paid less for nicer rooms.

Really decent place to stay overnight.Front desk staff are quick to help you out if you’re like me and are food at locking yourself out of your room.The cleaning staff deserve tips every time with how hard they work.Safe place to stay with cats in tow, too.This is one of my go-to motels when touring Northern BC

I stayed at the Houston Motor Inn for 7 nights for business:Positives:- A/C really good- flexibility- room came with mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, TV- cannot hear neighbours- my room was non-smoking, but neighbor has smoking room, could not smell the smoking - amazing!- ample storage spaceImprovements:- décor and bathroom dated, but comfortable- window was painted shut- lighting could be brighter, but sufficient
