I was always reluctant to reach out to anyone for any counselling/life coaching but decided to move forward with Bobby and I’m so glad I did!Bobby created a very safe and supportive environment throughout the entirety of the program. He’s very passionate for what he does and reaches out outside of just the sessions to check in. These sessions have been a huge help in all aspects of my life and I’ll always carry forward everything I learned throughout the program.Highly recommend anyone considering going to Bobby to do it. Bobby is an excellent counselor who I highly recommend. If you or your family member is struggling with addiction then you need to get in touch with Bobby. Not only is he very professional but also has a very touching personal story about overcoming addiction which makes it very easy to relate to him.My dad struggled with alcoholism for decades and refused to see a counselor and/or get professional help however after one session with Bobby, he gained my dad’s trust and my dad willingly enrolled into the 30 hour Addiction Intensive program. Bobby also accompanied my dad to his first AA meeting which I was pleasantly surprised to see as my dad has been very resistant to seek any type of help for many years.My family has seen many positive changes in my dad since completing the Addiction Intensive Program (which I highly recommend as well). We are currently on day 42 of sobriety for my dad and I truly think we would not have gotten this far without Bobby’s help.We had a family session as well where Bobby coached me and my siblings on how to deal when a family member struggles with addiction. This was very helpful.Another bonus – he speaks Punjabi which also helped in our case as English is my dad’s first language.Again, I cannot recommend Bobby enough if you or someone you know is struggling with addiction. Just book a session with him – you will not regret it.

I reached out to Bobby when I was at my lowest point. I've gone through viscous cycles over the years trying to be sober, be more active and keep my mental health top notch. Gobind Wellness has changed my life for the absolute best, before I contacted Bobby I tried to quit drinking alone and I kept failing, in his program I learned that I wasn't changing anything about myself to succeed, I remember telling him during our first meeting I 'wanted to be a 2 drink person' he in turn replied 'what if I told you after we're done, you won't even want those 2'. I couldn't wrap my mind around that thought. Over the next 10 days, I learned so much about alcoholism things I had never known about before. Through it all, I became educated on how this disease attacks my mind and makes me powerless against it. With the tools I have learned in this program, I now have the ability to lead a proper life without alcohol. I am today, 31 days sober and counting. This is something I haven't had since I was legally allowed to start drinking. Anyone who is in a similar position as I was, strongly consider contacting Bobby at Gobind Wellness, this decision might change your life.I can say for certain that after everything I have learned, I no longer want to be a 2 drink person.

This program is a spiritual transformation of your soul’s dire needs and an absolute “spot on” direction to lead you out of this disease. Before I met Bobby, I was in and out of bouts of sobriety but every time I got back to my “normal” issues of life, thus leading to the misuse of the product. My health took a toll, finances did, and so did my life in general! I went to Bobby and sat there and spoke my heart out, cried even; without being judged or commented upon. It led to a very beautiful and inexplicable relation of a “teacher-student” “mentor-mentee” or if I may say, “brother to brother”. He is such an amazing soul and without speaking about my disease, we still spoke about it. Bobby was an amazing mentor to me. He helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life.
