They have very good staff there and knowledgeable. They assist people as much as possible. Other staff like Jacqueline are very informative in HR and general knowledge. The good thing is Hanna cares to her clients and motivates them. That is so important! So, there you go! You wanna build your future, this place can guide you through!

The workshops are really good. Jacque had given some really nice tips for interview and the mock practice also helped me prepare. I would recommend it strongly to somebody looking to learn job hunting skills!

I booked an appointment with this agency and they asked me to come in a month and when I went there, the person who is supposed to help me, couldn't because I have a part time job and I'm looking for a full time job. They only help jobless people. Also they add you to their email list and they email you different jobs from while to while ,however they aren't always responsive.

A very helpful team specifically work for student support. I got job in the very tough time of this recession just because of their efforts. Thank you very much to the whole team.

I am so pissed off when one of your front desk person called at my home number to mention that I have taken 5 sheet of paper to print my resume for interview, I feel ashamed that an employment center of this reputation had called 3 times to mention this.Did you ever realize the pain caused for those who do not have a job ? This is completely ridiculous, in spite of the situation I already explained to your front desk office on the need for extra paper.In comparison Centre for Education & Training is far far better than the Next Steps at Peanut plaza, they provide awesome support and services.

The excellent workshops provided by Jacqui make this location shine. Coaching focuses on motivating job seekers to help themselves. The space seems cramped, but a full resource centre with computers, internet access, printers and copiers is available as well as a library of resources.

I Had very bad experience with this centre and specially with their project clerk,Sandy. They sent me too many forms and asked me to return them in a strange way! Since I have worked as a clerk for almost 15 years in my back country, I am familiar with paper work and these kind of tasks. I did my best to prepare the forms and docs exaxtly according to what they wanted but every time I tried, their project clerk rejected my email with a false excuse. I asked the reason but received an email with insulting tone saying that our explanation in our email is perfect and clear enough and we already have tested it by our other clients and they could understand what we explained !!!! I called the manager and explained the whole story but no follow-up yet.

Wonderful staff. Amazingly very Informative workshops. I learned so much in Career exploration workshop, i thought i knew everything but that course blew my mind, I recommend this to everyone. I am now attending all the workshops this place has to offer. All my question are answered and i am now 100% sure on what i want to do with my future. THANK YOU Next Steps Emplyment!
