Tiger Auto Sales

Just went to look at a car my fiance was interested in and from the outside it looked great. We looked in the windows and the seats and middle console were slashed up and yet they were selling the car for $20,000! Wth??!

I purchased a Ford Escape from Matteo in January. Had a few minor issues that were looked after immediately. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend Matteo and Tiger Auto if you are looking for a new vehicle.

When i first bought the car I didn’t realized that breaks were not working properly. After two weeks, i went back to the dealership and they got me new break rotors and pads without asking single question. Appreciate it.

Mateo is the best in the business, I have bought two cars from him (BMW and Benz), great customer service and always goes above and beyond!This dealership will treat you right and make sure you leave satisfied, I would have no hesitation going back for another vehicle and recommend others here as well!

I left a deposit on a vehicle while is was being reconditioned with the promise that if I ended up not choosing it when it was ready that I’d be given a refund. When the vehicle was finally ready they refused to return my money. I only left the deposit because I had driven from out of town to look at the van in the first place after being told it was available on the lot. It was at a shop for repair when I got there the same day. All around frustrating experience.Edit: I called to follow up on a refund as their response suggested. I was told to call another direct line to have the issue resolved. When I called that number I'm pretty sure I got the same person I spoke to the first time and was told management would get back to me asap. It has been 4 days and still no follow up from Tiger Auto Sales. I guess they weren't very serious about resolving this issue.Edit #2: After several weeks of not hearing from Tiger Auto, I got a call one evening with an apology for all of this mess. They transferred the money to me immediately and said they were actively working on doing better with communications. It took 4 calls, but I got my deposit back.

I went to the car shop on May 6th and placed a deposit on a car.I asked multiple times if I decide not to buy the car later if I would receive a full refund of the deposit, and multiple times I was assured i would be. I had others clarify this as well, and they too were assured I would get the deposit back in full. I was told to keep the receipt for this reason.However when I decided not to purchase the car, I was told that I could not receive the full deposit back, despite being assured multiple times that I would. Since then I have tried multiple times to follow up on getting my deposit back, I was told someone would call me back. No one has in 2 weeks. Since then my calls have been ignored.Totally unprofessional. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

My husband and I went looking at a particular vehicle and after Khalid had said that this vehicle had been in an accident we decided to look at another vehicle which was the RVR Mitsubishi, took it for a test drive and we were sold. Now not sure if we would even qualify for this loan, we handed everything over to Mateo who had worked tirelessly with getting financing for us. We were able to pickup our vehicle a week later. We are so pleased with all the exceptional service we received. Mateo was amazing getting everything in order for us even after we had a few hiccups on my part not theirs. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks again love our new to us vehicle ❤️
