Definitely not a service I will use again. They are repeatedly getting orders incorrectly and they don’t take ownership for it. Customer service is also terrible. Taking advantage of people isn’t cool.

Uber Eats is a blight on humanity. It separates us from the restaurants that cook for and feed us while offering a huge tip to corporate culture. -Wake up. Don't use Uber Eats.

Worst customer service! Door dash and other providers actually care and will fix issues when they screw up. Issue is not with drivers or delivery. Issue is with Uber Ears customer support.

Never depend on Uber Eats for scheduled food deliveries. They ALWAYS wait until you’re 30+ minutes past the 1 hour delivery window to let you know they’ve cancelled your order because “drivers are too busy” (after watching the order cycle between 5 different drivers…literally!). Is a $10 tip for the 22 year old in a Tesla Y delivering a $21 pizza order not enough? Pay your workers better wages if a 50% tip isn’t good enough for a 5-7 minute drive.

The worst food delivery service I have ever used, I’ve had multiple errors with orders, and I have to prove this to them by taking photos. I work in the restaurant industry for years and people can say whatever they want and we try to make it right. Uber puts the onus on the customer, the customer is lost, their drivers are lost, everyone should boycott this service and all services associated with this company as they don’t care about anyone.

Driver john" drove crazy and almost hit my wife's car while she was leaving the driveway. He drove into the court way over the speed limit and so unprofessional. The delivery fee is to high and I will never use this service again."

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE #UberStealsI was given a $100 voucher from my work and I ordered a $28 burger lunch. When I went back the next day to check the voucher balance it said $0. I contacted their customer service who told me that it was a one time use voucher. I advised THEM that HAD I known it was a one time voucher, I would have used the full value. I requested that they let me pay for my previous meal and send me the refund/replacement for the $100 voucher. Seems like a logical trade off - especially if they think it’s fair to keep $70+ on a $28 meal. Get REAL Uber Eats.

Wish I could choose minus five stars! Placed an order through Uber Eats. Order went through and delivered quickly, although I had to pay for that. But one item was missing so the restaurant sent a note that they were out of the item and to contact Uber Eats for refund. After waiting 20 minutes on online chat, I was told that they would not refund me for the item I did not receive. I can just imagine the money Uber Eats is making on non-delivered items! Obviously they don't need my business because they are making lots of money ripping people off!

They are scamming seniors like myself. I was overcharged for 4 items and the things I bought were on their friggin app. You can't talk to a real person...it is ridiculous. How bout a bunch of ys get together and go to the newspaper. Maybe then they will wake up
