Standing at the till for a minute with the only 2 people on the till standing there texting on the phone. When I finally ask if anyone is taking orders, or if they are just going to continue texting, I get snarked at by rude manager Kara telling me they are on break. How is the customer to know that? When I said they should be in the back then, I got yelled again by Kara saying they are getting their lunch. Again, how is a customer to know that? If Kara was a decent manager, she would have greeted the customer standing at the till, and say she will be right with them, instead of yelling at them for her being a poor manager. Her name should be Karen, not Kara as that is definitely what she is.

It's about your standard Tim Hortons, aside from not having a couple of menu items that you'd expect at other locations (including the other one in town) such as the crispy chicken Craveable (there are other menu items with crispy chicken in them for goodness sake).

What a joke, I placed a mobile order inside and stood there waiting 15 minutes for a coffee and a doughnut. The supervisor asked if it was this location, and I said it says 14 meters so I am pretty sure. Then she asks if it was for today. Am I able to order for future dates?? Anyways finally got my items, but no apologies. Very disorganized. Staff standing around looking lost. A customer standing at the counter for 15 minutes and others coming and going, and not even an acknowledgment. Glad I don’t live here. Visitors find another location.

Fairly run of the mill timmies. Interior is nice, clean. Got my coffee and donut pretty quickly, staff were nice enough.Would be nice if there were more places where one could get napkins or straws, though.

Great stroke and very friendly staff. It could get busy at times but the service is pretty good and they handle the rush pretty well. Because it is attached to the Wendy's store as well, there is enough seating for everyone most of the time. The to stay orders were served in ceramic utensils and I think it is nice from their side. It's kinda rare to find it these days. The staffs were very friendly and helpful as well.

Drive thru was slow, and the food was cold. The drink was fine. Something you'd expect from a drive thru that may or may not be busy enough to have fresh food ready.

Stay clear of this place if you're looking for a coffee you're better served at a local gas station then at this place, this place has been going down the toilet for the past 2 years so needless to say it can't be only the staff, ownership of this place definitely needs to be forced out because this place is barely meets the needs of the community!! This is my experience waiting a half an hour for a sandwich and this is what I get!! Oh yeah and by the way my coffee didn't have any sugar in it as well, no lineups no reasons no apologies!!

This tim hortons is usually good. But when we went through the drive thru at 2:30 am this morning, the guy serving us got the whole order wrong and was super slow. When my mum ordered an English breakfast tea, he first told us that he couldn't make it because they didn't have anybody to prepare it. He thought she was ordering breakfast. And when we asked what donuts he had left he kept telling us what bagels they had and everything but a donut. I was not impressed with Kent's service tonight and next time I need coffee in the middle of the night, I'll go to mcdonalds.
