I tried CrossFit for the first time last night at the Northshore Athletic Club and had an incredible experience! The coach for the night was incredibly friendly, patient, and an overall amazing guy. He lead us through each movements, and enabled us to learn the movement before incorporating it into the workout.The workout itself was challenging but very rewarding! The atmosphere in the class was friendly, and seemed like everyone was on your team and wanted you to succeed. 100% recommend checking out this place!

Fantastic workout, facility, price and amenities. I was embraced like a family member. I was refered by a friend and did a free class. Thus is the TRUE exercise I need.

Best gym out there! I have never gotten so fit in such a short period of time- and this only happened because the programming is by far the best out there! From all the coaching staff to the members, friendly, genuine and all around outstanding place to be!

Amazing experience , if you want to meet a gang of positive people you need to be here . Motivating place! felt an incredibly encouraging vibe from the group I worked out with, and, hope to be working out with here on out.Mattingly im feeling the sweet pain and wanting more lol.!!!
