She takes into consideration your whole body, and is adept at figuring out the source of problem whether it's pain or restriction of movement. As an athlete who gets after many sports, I'm grateful to have Sherri in my corner to keep me on the bike, skis, trails, and living my best life! I highly recommend Sherri!

Sherri gave clear directions for my therapy is obviously interested in a making a plan for my well being with an end point in mind.Professional, thorough. I've had neck and back issues for over 3 years with countless physio and dr. appointments not being that useful. I've only seen Sherri twice and so far my pain has decreased incredibly and I can't wait to keep working with her. She's an expert at what she does! Highly recommend.

Sherri takes great care to listen and learn about the reason for your visit. She is an exceptionally skilled practitioner and looks at the whole picture to see how separate issues may be connected. She prescribes well thought out exercises to help you take charge of your recovery. We are so lucky to have her on the coast!
