Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Food was good. Service was terrible. Although short staffed it was not busy enough for the service to be so poor. Never got offered coffee or drink top ups. The one staff spent alot of time chatting with the other clients instead of taking care of all clients. Kept disappearing so had to wait for want we needed.Had to look for staff to pay the bill.

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
Was served by Shelley in the lounge last night. She was fine at first, but something set her off and she became extremely rude. Slamming things on our table, etc. When I confronted her about it- she went off about us being on our phones, so rather than asking us politely to not do whatever the heck it was that was bothering her, she decided to throw a tantrum like a toddler and expect us to read her mind. Better lounges in the Millwoods Area with proper service. Probably won’t be back. Sad because I enjoyed visiting this place occasionally.

Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge
An oldie but a goodie! Great place for one to have breakfast dishes anytime! The food is good, hot, and scrumptious. The servers went above and beyond to help. They're very courteous and friendly. The restaurant is well maintained and the bathrooms are clean. I'd definitely come back for dessert.

All you can eat today. Food was fresh and hot, and the serving was large I ended up taking half home. Jane the waitress was great, frequently offering more coffee and a laugh.

We attend every 2nd Tuesday of the month to twist balloons animals to learn and smittys is gracious enough to accommodate our big group and remain open for us. The waitress is amazing

Service was good but food was worst, potatoes was cold, both dishes wasn't cooked properly and tasteless. Mushrooms and spinach was uncooked(raw). We won't be visiting smitty's again.

Food looked yummy .. yes spinach omelet was really good.Rest fish and chips was so oily.Server was new so that was ok of us to accept the way service was done... cutlery wasnt provided , maple syrup for pan cake wasnt given too...Every time we asked, then only we were handed over....The food wasnt worth what we paid off ...Not that warm too..

January 2023. UPDATEWent twice with family members and both times enjoyed the exceptional service by the waitress staff and manager. Food a little slow coming out but tasted delicious. So worth the wait. WILL BE BACK!UPDATEWent to smitty's again with family. Staff very pleasant and made experience enjoyable. Food came out a bit slow, but was worth it. Everything was delicious. So worth the wait. Will continue to go here as long as the standsrds remain the same.
