Everything about our day was a dream, service was excellent. Staff were excellent ! Our matre D was very lovely and always there for us. Our day ran smoothly and we were always given direction so we didn’t feel lost at any point.The venue was gorgeous , the beach ceremony was set up perfectly! I have not one negative thing to say.

The Lakeview was a place I always envisioned to be married in and boy did they reach my expectations and more! Not only was my husband and I blown away by how friendly and staff was, but how approachable they were and ALWAYS getting an answer within a reasonable time. Our guests were floored by how friendly the staff were, how good the food was! To the chef and team, the food was delicious and remarkable! The serving team ensured that guests with dietary food restrictions were met and didn't have to wait for their food.Alessia was most friendly and respectful, kept my husband and I in the loop for any changes and modifications that we emailed about, really patient and even worked great with our personal wedding coordinator.I would more than recommend The Lakeview for ANY events, especially for a wedding.

We got married here recently. Due to some accessibility issues of the guests we had to do our ceremony at the grass area instead of the beach. The Carmen’s team did an amazing job despite the fact that it was not what they were used to.Jana, Charlie, Pam, Alessia and Gonia were great to work with.. It was truly a magical day and a lot of it had to do with how organized they were. Jana was also amazing, making sure we were happy, had our food, drinks and everything was perfect and on time or even ahead of time.Beautiful venue indoors and outdoors- and they are very organized

We got married at The Lakeview in September 2022. The venue itself might not seem like much from the outside at the front but don’t let that fool you as it is absolutely beautiful on the inside and the view of the lake is perfect!While we went through many Carmen’s event coordinators during our planning process (people were either quitting or getting knows) it luckily didn’t affect our planning or things getting done. All emails were still answered efficiently and we ended up working with Gonia during the week of our wedding and the day of our wedding- She was absolutely lovely. Gonia was kind, professional, and made sure the day ran smoothly, and that we were comfortable and happy on the day!The food was really good and the servers were amazing - so kind, friendly, and professional. The cake was also done well and very tasty! The bar also ran very smoothly for a guest-list of 100 people.Lastly, The Lakeview offered packages that included so many different things which made the whole planning process so much easier. The packages included food, alcohol, cake, a honeymoon suite, an event coordinator, a maître-d, linen, and some decor items just to name a few. It was a dream to not have to research and organize so many other vendors!

After postponing from October 2020, we finally had our wedding reception at The Lakeview in December 2021. Even though there were some slight miscommunications after postponing due to the pandemic, the staff, in general, were helpful and organized. Natasha was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Gonia, our maitre d is one of the sweetest person I have met. She was amazing and so fun to work with. Thanks to her and the other ladies for taking care of us and our guests. They made sure we were all having fun. We didn’t get to do a food tasting but the food was good and the cake was delicious. The venue itself is beautiful and it was the perfect fit for the vibe we were going for - cozy and romantic. And that view is a bonus.Thank you The Lakeview Team!

Overall, we had a great experience working with the team at The Lakeview. They were very helpful with planning and answering any questions that we had, especially since our wedding was postponed by a year due to COVID. The team was overall friendly to work with. One difficulty that we had was with the continuity of staff, which we realize is not fully in the control of the venue, but did make communications a bit more challenging. Clearer communication regarding any staffing changes would have been more helpful to not feel out of the loop.One major upside to picking The Lakeview as a vendor is that the package included so many different things, including but not limited to: food, cake, some decor items, a honeymoon suite, a wedding coordinator, a maitre-d, etc. This made the overall planning a lot easier as we weren't juggling a ton of different vendors.

From the moment I came across the Lakeview online when looking for a wedding venue, I knew I wanted to get married here and I am so happy I did because my whole experience was perfect.Firstly, the staff here are wonderful! Everyone is so polite and helpful it was a dream. Everyone couldn't believe how stress free I was and I believe it was thanks to the team here who pretty much take on most of the planning and decor.The food was phenomenal. When I went to the food tasting my family and I were so impressed and they delivered the exact same amazing quality the day of my wedding. I also highly recommend having them cater in your wedding cake as this cake was the best I ever had- so moist and gorgeously done.This was a night to remember and it was truly the wedding of my dreams. My guests kept coming up to me all night saying this was easily the best wedding they attended in terms of location. service and food.100% would recommend. Thank you to everyone!

The sand dunes, white sand, and crystal-clear water make it a perfect spot for nature lovers like me.Ahhhh I wanna go back

Got married April 10 2021 during a stay at home order of this pandemic. The venue was still able to host our ceremony and they went above and beyond to make sure our special day went off without any issues. We postponed our reception without any issues, Lakeview was extremely accommodating and helpful in planning throughout a pandemic.The beautiful view from the ballroom was a fast seller for us on this venue. The light and airy feel has such a pretty romantic vibe. They also offer full packages which make planning so easy!Addition:We rebooked our reception and vow renewal for April 2022 and 3 days before our day our family tested positive for Covid. The Lakeview was incredibly accommodating, their sadness for us was much appreciated and they allowed us to rebook (AGAIN) at no extra costs.When we FINALLY got to have our reception the venue was all hands on deck. Everything looked stunning, the staff was incredible, and THE FOOD! Every single guest said the food was amazing, and we agreed!! Just so delicious!We were asked so many times how we found such a nice place, as the outer appearance does not match the beautiful inside. The view from the balcony and the beautiful beach spots only add to it!

Great staff & setting. Our wedding day was a great experience because of the Lake View team. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Our guests had a wonderful time and they kept mentioning how the banquet looked magical with the high ceiling & lighting. The view of Ontario lake was wonderful & we were lucky that the view of Toronto skyline was visible.
