Would definitely recommend this place to anyone starting a reno project! Great quality supplies and material. Had a fantastic experience with the entire staff at Parkview Building supplies. We started a huge backyard project and wanted to complete the project on our own and the staff was so incredibly helpful and accommodating, They gave us advice on everything from material to answering our long list of questions over many many trips to the place. Marco and Laurie were so helpful with everything even taking a look at pictures as we completed the project and giving us suggestions and tips. Our backyard turned out amazing and even more gorgeous than we pictured. Could not have done such an amazing job on it without the help. Thanks so much to everyone!

Abysmal customer service! I asked for the delivery to be made through the laneway behind my house. The load was dumped IN the laneway, without letting me know, blocking my gate and parking spot. Parkview wants another $170 delivery charge to move it. The delivery guy claims he's the manager, and there's no recourse. Also says he didn't notice the gate. I will never use them again.

Do not buy from Parkview. I used then twice in two separate house renovations. The 2nd time they upcharged me with a stone I did not request. I was told they don't carry it anymore when in fact they do. So exchanged it, I had to call them and constantly follow up for my refund. Also 1 yard of hpb gravel is $72, when home hardware sells the 1 yard at hpb gravel for $50. This is almost 50% more!

What a joke. Have been waiting for 4 days to ha e 55 blocks delivered. My client called to check on the status and they lost" the order. Then proceeded to give attitude to my client and told him "it's only 55 cinder blocks

I got 5 yards of quality topsoil. Seeded it and now I have a healthy green lawn! Great quality for a great price. Quick delivery and friendly service! Thanks Parkview!

Parkview builders supplies are a scam and are the worst customer service i have ever seen. Went there for ten years and I had to stop because of the customers service. They made me wait for 2 hours in the yard to dump and then was cursed at and told to take my garbage and leave.Nasty people all around... don't go...the worst builders supply that should be around.They don't deserve a star.Negative 5 stars is what they deserve.

I have had the worst time dealing with this company. I ordered a 14 yard bin from them and told the lady on the phone that I needed 10 tons of crush gravel to come in the bin, when the bin arrived she had put the gravel in the bin as I had asked but she doubled my order! I only needed 7 yards and she gave me 13 (17 tons instead of 10). I had an extra 6 yards of material sitting on the road and they wouldn't come back to get it. They did refund me for the extra material after realizing their mistake but I still had to find someone to come and pick up the extra material. Thank god I did or it would still be there.They also completely destroyed my customers driveway. This has to be the only bin company on the planet that doesn't put some type of wood down to protect peoples driveways from damage. When I called to complain they told me it was my fault and my responsibility and would take no part of helping to repair the driveway that they damaged. The manager/owner only made the situation worse.Now I am forced to take money out of my pocket to fix the damaged driveway, never will I deal with this company again, there are hundreds of other companies to choose from, do yourself a favour and pick anyone of them over this place.

I finally gave up trying to buy some flagstones. The service in the yard ranged from nonexistent to rude. After waiting 30 minutes I was told the five trucks that drove in after me would be served first and I should come back later. Since I only needed five flagstones I realized that big orders came first. Office staff tried to apologize but there seemed to be no communication between the office and the yard.

Wide range of products and service. Website doesn't show their line card of brands so you have to call and ask first then make the trip there to finalise. Friendly and helpful people. Grounds are organised but messy & muddy just like a construction site. Always check in at the office who will direct you where to go and who to talk to, and is geared to contractors. Retail is available but don't expect a home depot sanitised facility, as you need to know what you are looking for. There is a show room of brick, pavers, and sample displays.

Quick and simple service for dropping soil / sod. Drive on to the scale, go inside get your slip, drive and dump your stuff, turn around and drive back onto the scale, pay and leave.Only knock I have as a consumer and not a business was the minimum price for a soil drop at $40 it's a pretty steep charge. The only place around so they get to set the price. Tough luck for me with only about 100lbs of soil.Oh well, lesson learned.
