I have tried different gyms and had personal trainer before but none of this made me to addicted to working out. I love waking up in the morning to go F45 Markham such a friendly environment and passionate trainers. Great place to work out. This is the cleanest gym I’ve seen and they take it seriously as well. They have quality trainers who are truly interested in bettering anyone that walks though their doors.

Looking for a great workout, and amazing trainers F45 Markham is THE place!!!I have been working out for over 10 years, tried different gyms, different workouts, personal trainers but nothing has helped me achieve my goals- the fitness, strength, posture correction and the feeling of belongingness, the way my studio at F45 Markham has..the workouts are quick, effective, and guided; and you are sure to have the love-hate relationship with the trainers who are great at what they do..

Clean Studio, expert coaches and great atmosphere. after a while they will be like a family to you . it is important that you enjoy your work out and be exited to visit your coaches.they really care about all of members.I am lucky to be a member of F45 Markham.

This is honestly an incredible workout studio in a very convenient location! The studio owners and trainers are super enthusiastic! Very helpful and pumped!! They provide alot of support on your mental and physical health! I was super shy walking into their location, but quickly they made me feel super welcomed!

I have been a member of F45 for several months now, and I have been to multiple locations, but I can definitely say that this location is one of the best.The instructors here are absolutely phenomenal. Their expertise, dedication, and enthusiasm are unparalleled. They genuinely care about the well-being and progress of each and every member.There is a strong sense of community here, with everyone supporting and encouraging each other throughout their fitness journeys.This location is also very clean compared to the other locations I have been to.Highly recommended for anyone seeking a transformative fitness experience.
