You cannot shop here without a mask" ...so much for honoring the BC health order exemption non discrimination protocols. Ironically the store had staff but no customers. Enjoy going out of business. Now to go and buy online."

I've had nothing but good experience at this store. The whiny mask rant should be removed as that has nothing to do with the store. Good store, good selection and prices and always very friendly.

I would vote negative stars if I could. Least professional customer service I have ever experienced! Would not almost exchange a perfectly new $275 jacket, still in its packaging and I had proof of purchase!!! Poor lady behind was deniend an exchange" because no receipt?!!! Like wow!!! Never shop here again!"
