The place on google maps is wrong. It is actually inside the Druxy's building, on the second floor.I found the gestational diabetes session very informative and educational. The staff was respectful and friendly. They answered any and all questions I had.

Doctors don’t show up until 30mins or more after they open. They would not accommodate my schedule because apparently no doctors were available when I was, I work night shifts so the best they could do was get me in for the 2nd earliest appointment which was utterly useless because my doctor was apparently late. It’s paid parking so I had to pay for the time she was late, it delayed when I was seen because she still had one person ahead of me and I did not get home until 10am when my appointment was for 815am… there’s a bunch of staff that just stand around and there’s a room full of patients. If it wasn’t for my pregnancy I wouldn’t come here… they didn’t even inform the doctors patients she was late they had called person after person with appointments after myself and another lady until we had to ask why they were taking appointments scheduled after us…

I was sent here for gestational diabetes and I have to say this has probably been the most difficult experience of my entire pregnancy. Its hard enough being 9 months pregnant and diabetic but continuing to deal with them is worse than pulling teeth.Had to call them repeatedly over two weeks for them to schedule online appointments and sessions only to never get a hold of them. When my OB got a hold of them weeks later they scheduled me for online sessions multiple times without even informing me, no email links sent to me, and then yelled at me for missing all the sessions, despite me/husband calling them at 7am asking for the link SO MANY TIMES - the answer was always “just wait it will be sent”. Every time I said I’ll wait on the phone please send it now they always said the person sending the emails isnt here and we’ll call you back - never got any calls back and continued to miss appointments. I missed weeks of vital care due to this unnecessary back and forth. Also, it’s ridiculous that you have to check your inbox at 7am on the day of your appointment and spend your morning calling them if they have not sent it (how hard is it to send an email - with the correct information?) and then expect to wait over a false 4 hour time frame for the zoom/phone call session - for it to just NOT HAPPEN. At 7am I was told my appointment would be between 8am-12pm - pushed all my work meetings to accommodate this morning but no word. I understand mishaps once or twice but this is more than a recurring pattern, its the norm.So many times I’ve been scheduled for an online session and provided wrong information regarding the date, the time, the platform (phone call, zoom, in person) which has wasted so many hours of my time. You call them to confirm what you’ve been told after waiting at your appointment for HOURS like an idiot just to be given attitude about how your appointment is not actually at this date/time/location. If the doctor is running HOURS late they have no decency to inform you of it (because people having to go to work is just not important at all) - you’re expected to just keep waiting indefinitely.Extremely disappointing and just unacceptable - if you have the choice to be cared for elsewhere please do.

My experience with the clinic was stressful. I had gestational diabetes and the endo (Rosenthal) and her dieticians seemed like they really badly wanted me to get on insulin. They would keep pressuring me to eat more carbs at each meal. I did not like the force feeding carbs just so they could pumo me full on insulin for their own selfish benefit. I didn’t listen to them and did my own research and ate barely any carbs and now I have a perfectly healthy baby who came naturally and was not big etc. I feel bad for women who have gd and have to deal with the people at this clinic. I had a stressful time with them but I am glad it’s over now.

Getting diagnosed was hard. Having this clinic during that time was a huge help. Shout out to Kate and Saima-you are my diabetes rocks. I brag about the clinic because of you two.

At a time when we needed support, care, and comfort, the team at FCC was there for us. Even during these challenging times, they guided us to give my son the confidence to process his diagnosis, manage his diabetes, and take the lead with his own health care. We are so grateful to be supported by such incredible health care providers.
