After 6 months wait we finally picked up our 2023 Toyota Rav4 Limited.Our sales agent Jesslyn was great. She answered all our questions, she was knowledgeable, patient and very professional. She made whole process very easy and provided excellent service. I highly recommend her to anyone.Also Connie at finance went through all our extra options. She was friendly and very easy to deal with. We had great experience at this Toyota location.

It's hard to describe what a great experience I had. Brandon McNeil treated me with so much kindness and hospitality through my whole time buying a used car. He was patient and very knowledgeable about every question I had. I left feeling great with peace of mind. 10/10 will be back.

We had a very bad experience with this dealership, particularly with the lease buyout. 10 months into the lease, we decided to buyout the car so we can trade it in for a Mazda CX50. We were told by Steve from finance that the most that the dealership can accept for credit card payment is $2,500 which is acceptable and the rest should be via bank draft. When I went back there the following day for the buyout, Steve was not around and it was instead handled by Gayle Y. She was super rude. She said that they do not handle credit card payments, and she kept saying how annoying it was for her to do the paperwork, like at least 5 times putting me in a very uncomfortable and awkward situation. She said that O Regans isnt earning any money from the buyout so why accept credit card payment, as if she's going to lose money for doing her job. Also, when other dealerships were willing to pay 29,000 to 31,000 for my corolla, it was quite ironic and annoying that O Regans Toyota is only willing to buy my car for 23,000. Imagine, them valuing their OWN EFFIN' PRODUCT a lot less compared other car brand dealers. I highly suggest going with other dealers, or even car brands. Our experience with Steele Mazda in Dartmouth is top notch! Nothing compares to their customer service.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Highlander. The process was stress free and pleasant. Tiju Thomas was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Thanks again for the great help.

Purchased a 2019 Rav 4 XLE at the end of January, sales person was great sale went through smoothly. Very happy with the vehicle until rust started showing up in March 3 months after I bought it.Took it back to the Toyota dept and was told there was nothing they would do for me. So 3 months after purchasing the vehicle I need to get it repaired out of my own pocket. If I had of seen it before I bought it they would have repaired it free. We have been a long time Toyota family, always had great luck and no issues with them , but that ends today. Honda would not let this happen. Should have listened to others. Poor customer service today, not what it used to be yesterday.

Just bought a Rav 4 hybrid xse with tech package. My God what a machine but more importantly, the customer service was on point. From start to finish Phil and Alisha were amazing to work with. Phil knew is product inside and out and was very easy to work with. Alisha, took care of the financial part and fought to get the lowest rate and had everything ready. They accommodated all of my needs, were genuine as a people, and professional always. Nothing but great things to say. Very recommended to buy a car here. Im sure they are all great employees but these 2 knocked it out of the park.

Shounan Song is the best car salesperson I have ever met. He is very professional and very enthusiastic. I will recommend my friends to buy a car from him. His English is as fluent as mandarin. All in all, this is my best car purchase experience
