Great customer service. Really friendly staff. Had several hats embroidered from this location and they've done a fantastic job. Quick turnaround times too, depending on how busy the store is and what you plan on having put on. Hopefully the company will expand their kids/youth hats with more selections.

Had an amazing experience here this evening. Hunter provided amazing customer service - he was so friendly and helpful, and did a great job with designing and stitching our hats. You can tell when someone loves their job and this is exactly what I saw tonight. He went above and beyond.

Staff on 2/28/2022 were absolutely amazing, I went in around 6pm and they helped me find my size and pick out a fitted hat. Nicest people ever, great atmosphere.

They did a terrible job stiching my baseball hat, all stiching was uneven and defected and all they said is sorry we know it does not look good but we can't do anything about it! Very poor service, from now on I will take my business elsewhere :(

I went to this store around Christmas time prepping gifts for kids in need in our community. The store manager and the staff at the store provided incredible service, doing everything possible to get the best value possible for the kids. They even pointed us in the right direction for items we were looking for that were not available at Lids. Class acts all around.
