Outstanding company. I had my septic cleaned by this company and ended up having my septic alarm go off a few weeks later. The technician for the after hours contacted me with no time wasted, he was able to walk me through trouble shooting (over the phone) and first try was able to get my tank working in minutes. Very pleased and impressed with the knowledge and customer service this company supplied me with. Will be using this company for any of my septic issues. A+++++

Had Strathcona Septic come out to do a cleaning and an inspection on an acreage I am purchasing, and highly recommend them. They were very professional and courteous, careful not to cause any damage to landscaping as the tank was in an inconvenient location. Inspection was great, walked me through all the aspects and answered all my questions, as well as provided me with a report in short order. Great value and excellent customer service.

These guys are all so great!I called late one afternoon and they were out at our house first thing the next morning to help us diagnose the problems we were having with our cistern.Both men were extremely knowledgeable, and were quickly able to diagnose the problem which we were having trouble for weeks trying to figure out.I received a very reasonable quote, broken down so I could see all charges.The owner, both men who showed up, even the administrative assistant I first spoke to were all friendly, professional and helpful.Highly recommend this company!!

The lady whom they said is specialized in grease trap did not represent the company and herself well over the phone when i called to inquire. She sounds uninterested and doesn't care.Madam, please check how you're doing your work and how you talk to potential clients over the phone.

Most companies overpromise and underdeliver and I was a little hesitant when this organization overpromised however we were overwhelmed when they also overdelivered.The explanation of the repair was clear and understandable and was done exactly the way they said they were going to do it.The workers were friendly and worked hard to do the repairs to the water cistern and the septic pipe that was broken six feet under our home.They brought me top soil for the back yard and even dropped off grass seed on their own time on their way home.I have and will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends.

I would recommend Strathcona Septic Tank Services to absolutely anyone. We had an issue with our plumbing and thought to have Steve come out to check the septic system at the same time that we had a plumber deal with the issues on the inside of the house. As it turns out the plumbing company did not do a good job and the next day our sewer backed up. Steve arrived to our home in record time to deal with our situation. He was extremely professional, informative, courteous and compassionate to our plight. We found out that we have a much bigger issue and in hindsight, all of our issues could have been addressed by Strathcona Septic Tank Services. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
