We were stuck in a drive thru and the transmission gears weren’t shifting, we called many places but they were eager to help, they went on a video call and showed us exactly how to fix it. They asked nothing in return and a good review is the least we can do to show gratitude to an honest and dependable team of mechanical engineers. This is the only place I will use if I’m ever in mechanical need anywhere in the GTA. God Bless.

Horrible lack of customer service. Had our car for 16 days, apparently 2 faulty cables, they broke the gear shift pin, lost the oil cap which they never replaced, didn't return any calls, promised it would be ready and when we would pick it up they weren't there nor was the car, 2 visits to a dealership to have the shoddy workmanship fixed. Dave has a total lack of respect or customer service. I would never recommend his 2 shops to anyone

We brought our 2009 Toyota Sienna with 200,000km on it to this shop for repairs. The pricing is very reasonable but of more importance is the after sales service. There were issues with the rebuilt transmission (a solenoid) as sometimes happens. In the end they redid the entire job to ensure that I was satisfied. The van should now be good for another 200,000km.It is easy to praise someone when everything goes well. It is how they perform when things don't that sets people apart. It is no wonder that they are so ridiculously busy. Thanks Dave and Zafar.

I wish to compliment the staff at Mister Transmission at Jane and Lawrence for their excellent service in repairing the transmission of my vehicle. Other places that I contacted indicated a waiting period of two to three weeks before they would even look at my vehicle. Mister Transmission saw me within 20 MINUTES of my calling them and said it would take 3 to 5 days to repair. They had my vehicle's transmission repaired and back in my possession in 4 days.

Best Customer Service in GTA! I Was running low on transmission fluid and guys gave me a bottle for free! This is to nice of them!From now on, I know where I will be bringing in my Classic 1987 GTA Trans AmThat's what I call great customer service.Great deeds are not forgotten!Thanks again guys for The ATF fluid.Had my 79 Firebird converted to a manual stick. Now, I can't get enough of it. Such an amazing job they did. Worth every $$$$$. $5,000These guys know their stuff.
