10/10 would recommend seeing khal for all your hair needs, specifically going blonde and or extensions! He’s so knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been to SO many different salons in the Vancouver area and each time haven’t felt satisfied with my colour or felt like I was able to fully connect with the hairstylist to work to fulfill my hair needs and goals. Not only did he perfect my colour and placement of the foils but did it in a timely manner and got me so much lighter than I thought I could go in just one session!! And most importantly my hair feels like it wasn’t even bleached, no damage. the rest of the salon staff are also extremely friendly and made my experience fun overall. i feel like a brand new gal and will be sending all my people to Khal!!!!

Tamara is amazing!! I booked a last minute appointment online and it was zero risk!! This woman is a PROFESSIONAL! And a very lovely human. I brought a photo and she paid special attention to check in with me along the way to ensure I was happy and I am THRILLED with how it turned out. 100% recommend. Salon is clean, well lit and stylish.

Gerald is my stylist. He’s very skilled with hair cuts & colour. I visit him when I am in town.

Khaled is AMAZING FREAKIN PHENOMENAL. Hands down best experience! I got referred to him by a gf who spoke highly about him and I 100% agree. He took my hair from level 1 to a level 6 in one sitting with literally no damage! That takes talent!!! I’m a big fan. He’s also so kind and fun!

I was in town for the weekend and really needed a hair refresh so it was wonderful to be able to get an appointment on such short notice and also just minutes to my hotel. The salon was clean, efficient and comfortable. Both myself and my friend got hair cuts by Tamara and she was fabulous; personable, professional and skilled - she also took extra care and had great attention to detail. We both left with an extra spike of confidence to enjoy the rest of our weekend with gorgeous hair!

Khaled was great - I’m from out of town and he slipped me into his schedule for a bang trim. Super kind and friendly. The woman who had her hair done just before me looked fabulous - gorgeous shine and beautiful curl in her hair.

The salon is gorgeous, sleek and has an overall wonderful ambience. Gerald is my stylist and he is so talented and passionate about doing hair. I truly appreciate the time and effort he puts into his clients. His skills are amazing and he is such a warm-kind soul. I highly recommend booking with him.

Got my hair done at the start of December with Khaled he did my hair extensions exactly the way I wanted and listened to what way I wanted my hair styled 10/10 for service would recommend him to all my friends.

I had a great experience with Khaled at Duende salon! I just moved to Vancouver & have had a hard time finding the right person for my hair needs! I am SO happy I finally found my person ! He is so good at what he does, he deals with all aspects of hair (extensions, color, cut, style) he was able understand exactly what I want and I am really happy I found him. I look forward to my next appt with Khaled!

Khaled has been doing my hair for few years now and everytime I leave the salon he leaves me speechless! 10/10 recommend booking Khaled for anyone interested! Just got my extensions done and I’m in love! My hair feels and looks 100x healthier after seeing him (and I’m blonde!)
