Good people and they help alot

Been a customer for 25years, historically great service and fair pricing. Since business was sold, my account discount is gone and invoice pricing is higher than shelf pricing with the invoice trying to justify new retail price by posting absurd suggested price (trying to make it look like you are getting a deal) For me personally, will be looking for a new parts supply store.

I have shopped here on occasion over the past 5 years. Previously as B&J and now as West Can Auto Parts.Staff here seem knowledgeable and they are able to get parts out of their warehouses quickly and efficiently.They are a nice alternative to Lordco and provide good service. I’ve never compared their prices against competitors but I feel like they are competitive in the marketplace.

I wanted to buy from a different place other than Lordco and buy from a local small business and tried B&J. I told them and showed them my T&T login so they could see my discount and never heard back from them. I did buy a few things and the prices were much higher than Lordco. The staff are very good and pleasant to deal with but because I never heard back from them I went back to Lordco.

I always go to B&J auto parts 1st. The parts person ( gotta be politically correct haha) was awesome went way out of his way to help, after an extensive search we located exactly what I needed, 3way heater core water valve. Thanks for the great service and the right part.

These guys have been here over 50 years that says alot. Experienced Knowledgeable friendly counter staff. Good quality parts at good prices

The staff are automotive enthusiasts first and foremost; Collen was espicially helpful. I was assisted with locating the paint code for my car. I am grateful for the quality of service I recieved.

One of the hidden local gems. Their sales clerk impressed me very much with really good customer service along with his expertise in their stuff. I'm quite happy to discover this place. My definitely go-to place" for my future projects

The people working failed to locate the proper part. They told me they have the part for my car , I came in bought it got home to my car to only find out its a part for a different car. I just wanted to buy a oil cap was hoping it could be easy and one trip as my car is off the road until I get this part. very disappointing employee couldn't look up a pretty basic part.

They've never let me down for my automotive needs with what I need more often than not being in stock and anything I had to order has come in quickly. Although I buy my power tools through my company's wholesaler accounts to avoid the large upfront cost and pay in installments I have purchased many a hand tool there and they've got a great selection of quality stuff. For someone in the plumbing industry it may not all be tools I have a use for but where my wholesaler lacks in tools for working in extremely tight spaces B & J comes through. The staff don't try and pressure you into spending a lot more than you need to for a specific name brand either and are straight up with you about a lesser known (and much more affordable) brands quality compared to major brands so you don't have to sacrifice peace of mind to save some money.
