We are an HVAC company based in the GTA and needed to get some custom pressure test tags, their site came up on the first page of Google and we gave them a try. Amy was the person I was interacting with and she was such a delight to work with! They really went above and beyond our expectations with the customer service. We had asked to see what the results would look like if it was printed on yellow card instead of the default white, and I was expecting maybe just a photo of some older samples, but they had actually printed a few of the tags we ordered and sent the photos to show us. We were very impressed with the service, and the quality of the final product is amazing as well! the delivery came quickly and well protected. We were even given some free note pads with their logo on it which are also very good quality. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and it feels good to know that we are supporting a Canadian business like ours that value customer service! Great job guys!
