I really like the staff way of dealing with the customers. I appreciate taking care of the customers well in every manner. Overall good experience of visiting saloon..Highly recommended to get service from Anjali, i got my best eyebrows done by her that i never got from anywhere in surrey..

I came In on Tuesday December 27 and met with Garrett who provided extreme friendly customer service. I felt at home. I explained what I wanted In a fade cut especially since I have natural curly hair. I was assigned with Harman and I showed him a pic of how I’d like my curly fade cut and he got It bang on. Most salons I’ve gone to have never gotten my hair the way I wanted In a pic. I have finally found my personal stylist and recommend you to come and experience this establishment filled with love and care.

I showed up here driving by and seeing the open sign. It was 7:43 and the sign was on. They had 2 stylists available. The guy looks at me and says sorry we’re closed. I would never waste my time with these fudu’s again. They could’ve went above and beyond and said, we close in 15 min but we will squeeze you in. I would’ve been a regular customer coming in twice a month.

If you get the skinny guy who cuts hair with an airpod in his ear, good luck. This dude gave me the worst cut I've had in my life. I asked for a low fade and gave me a high skin fade. Did not touch the top. Other reviews say the same thing which is appalling. Whoever cut my hair needs to change his career. His lack of communication was mind blowing. The cut was so bad Im hiding it with a hat until it grows back. I kept specifying to that barber to cut my hair shorter on the top but did listen and instead he cut my hair shorter in other random areas. I left the barber shop depressed and angry. Almost went back later in the day to ask for a correction, but I could not be bothered to deal with this guy. Absolute disgrace. PLEASE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’ve also gone to Fade Crew multiple times, and from the times that I have gone for a haircut, I have always been treated with respect. Whenever I have gone to the shop, and asked for a specific haircut, I have always received the exact haircut I have asked for. Regardless of what I have asked. No matter which barber I have gone to at the shop, every single one of them have always left me with a positive experience. If you’re in need of a haircut, definitely check out fade crew!

The service here is unmatched. I’ve been here numerous times and I can confidently say you wont get this type of service anywhere else! The barbers take their time with the client and ensure the client is satisfied with the results. The atmosphere is amazing and each employee displays the upmost level of respect. I had an amazing experience with Pankaj today! He gave me a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations. Pankaj was very professional and attentive to my needs. He listened to what I wanted and provided helpful suggestions. The atmosphere of the salon was also very welcoming and comfortable.
