Very pleasant and organized staff . Shiva did my ultrasound and she was very kind and professional , she made me feel very relaxed

My wife booked a mammogram and ultrasound here. Unfortunately, when she arrived, the doctor's requisition form was nowhere to be found, and she did not bring a copy. We will need to reschedule and will be charged a misdiagnosis fee. The office manager, Shahnaz, very professional and with great empathy of our frustration. She was so kind and patient, she contacted the doctor's clinic to get the requisition form. She calmed my wife down and walked her through the process. I couldn't express how thankful we are! She made us feel love and care for others! Strongly recommend this place!

This Monday (March 20), Jass answered my phone politely and booked an appointment for me. I was impressed by her caring approach. Jass reminded me how to get prepared for my appointment and sent me a confirmation email afterward. Very caring and great job !!!

When I fist booked the appointment, I was surprised to see the low ratings. After my X-ray & ultrasound appointments, I understand why.I had asked for an appointment for first thing in the AM, the booking person told me that my appointments were 2:00 & 3:00 PM so I juggled my schedule to accommodate those times. I then received an automated phone message stating that my X-ray appointment was at 2:20 PM (the ultrasound appointment time wasn't noted). I phoned & asked to confirm my time as I didn't want to be excessively early nor miss my appointment by being inadvertently late. I was then told that my appointment was at 2:10 PM & she refused to give me a clear time (2:00 PM vs. 2:20 PM vs. 2:10 PM). I had to bark at her in order to get the actual appointment time (which was 2:20 PM - I had already been planning on arriving ~ 10:00 minutes before the appointment so if I showed up 10:00 minutes before the 2:00 PM appointment

Wow is all I can say , my wife has been treated so rude from the very first phone call even her Dr that sent the forms to them was blown away how rude the staff is . These people need to be held accountable and I’m the one who will not go away quietly I’m writing a formal complaint to the Minister of Health and contacting Global news this is ridiculous and our tax dollars pay for this . I can’t even believe how bad the reviews are . Do everything you can to go elsewhere the owners of the clinic should be ashamed to call themselves Drs they obviously skipped the part of medical school where they teach bedside manner .

I was nervous seeing all the reviews at first. However my experience was great. Reception was friendly and nice. The lady that did my ultrasound was so nice and was talking to me, calming me down, my nerves. Also explained what she saw

Receptionist was insanely rude. For a clinic that people may feel scared and nervous attending , this receptionist made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day. She was on her phone when I walked in and was annoyed that I had distracted her. Based on other reviews it’s an ongoing thing.

Just finished receiving an ultrasound at X-Ray 505. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for a 10:00am appointment. I arrived much fasted than expected so I was about 25 minutes early. I was surprised I was seen at 9:45am, which was a nice perk. I found the staff at the front desk to be polite and my technician was kind and clear. I felt cared for and the visit was perfectly brief.

Second time visiting in 4 years. First time was ok and after reading all the negative comments I was so nervous and stressed. However, I had very nice visit getting an ultrasound with Shiva. They took me earlier and she was very attentive and explained what she was doing. Based on my records she also tried to get me a mammogram screening while I was there, unfortunately, no room was available. Overall it was a positive visit.

My wife came here for the first time for mammogram, Hana did it for her. Fast, Kind and positive attitude. My wife was very relaxed after the mammogram. Thank you so much Hana.
